Wow has it really been a year since you made the last video there? I remember last time you said there was something special behind the wall upstairs haha. Anyway the house looks good, I like the way it was laid out.

Somewhat ironic that your tenants live in better-quality housing than their landlord.

You’re home is not an asset rent where you live and own where you rent is the way to wealth so they say Trev

really sweet ROI,i don't know why they say landlords hate that business and not making profit
but seriously, value of house went up 100% in 10 years?
what is the reason for that?

The government was supposed to build a lot of houses but they failed, that has left a massive shortage of housing stock on top of that the is more and more people needing housing

More single households. Fallout from Thatcher's council house sales -- without new social stock -- in the 1980s.

Immigration. People let in illegally, filling up the slums. Supply and demand. The rich only give permission to build when it suits them to do so.

You seem like a good landlord nomad lad wish you was my landlord lad my landlord when the boiler breaks down on Friday will not send a plumber out till Monday because it cost more and does not care when there is mold in the rooms and when mice got in the property would not deal with the problem all he cares about is making money and not about the welfare of his tenants nomad lad
