High Tech has great products - probably best in class but they are horrific in providing usage advice. They clearly understand how the products work in the body better than we do (maybe they don't even know it completely) Think how much better results we could get if they gave instructions (best time per dose, with or without food and if with type of food - supplements that might enhance impact or reduce sides - etc) Example IGF1 dose is 5 pills and there is no advice to spread out or take all 5 at once - why?? FYI - I do appreciate these Best Price videos
If we cannot answer the questions on dosage, we always try to reach out and get answers. For example with the IGF-1. I actually did speak with them about this. This isn't easy to explain over comments, but you want to take them so your workout ends 90 minutes after you took all 5. Basically they are releasing as your body is starting it's recovery from your workout. I normally workout for 90 minutes, so I would take them right before I begin. Does that make sense?
@@JeffMoriarty1979 Makes total sense and I really needed that advice because I was taking 1 morning & 1 with each of my 4 meals - but therefore only having 2 (separately) before my workout. Thank you!!!

Currently on my 2nd month of sus 250 and equipoise and I’m really happy with it so far. I was wondering if it’s smarter to continue this for a 3rd month or to try something else with the equipoise? I’m looking to gain as much muscle as possible and weight overall.
You shouldn't take prohormones for longer than two months. I would recommend jumping on a PCT (Arimiplex) after and run it for 30 days. At the same time, run Turkesterone 650 during your PCT, and one month after. Once two months is up, jump on another prohormone cycle if you are feeling up to it.

How does this compare to your turkesterone and testosterone 21?
Turkesterone isn’t hormonal so totally different product. Testosterone 21 is another test booster but totally different ingredients. You could actually take all three together. Otherwise we have specific videos covering in detail the other two.
