- What a challenging and amazing song. I am extremely happy with how it turned out and my biggest thanks to my producer and friend Troy Wyman. We got it done!

Bro Veil's drummer has never let up, no matter how much the band changes, he is an absolute monster.
This is by far the best cover I've seen! You really emulate their sound
Thank you sir!
You got a sub from me just for this song, I would have all my drummers who we interviewed after this song come out to play this and you hit it at 99% correct. Bravo sir!
Thank you sir! It was definitely tough Sam is a beast!
Dude the quality great job man
Thanks dude, for the audio my buddy Troy mixed it, for video that’s me! Hope you’re doing well dude!
Jerrid Boutto thanks a lot man yeah I’m doing better. Focusing on content and planning on moving to Minneapolis soon
Thanks for your advice 😉
Sick job dude!
Thanks dude!
FAVORITE! KILLED THIS ONE!
Austin Porter thank you dude!
Nailed it! Nice work homie!
Bro, wtf this is straight fire
TimeLe5s thanks dude!
Well done👌
Hey awesome job man, great setup. It would be cool to do some new Coheed covers, would love to hear it now you have things setup so well.
Dude! I totally plan to! Was thinking the suffering, ten speed, or the willing well 3: the telling truth! Any other suggestions?
@@JerridBoutto Haha, amazing I love Josh Eppard. Any would be amazing, it's nuts he pulls it off with single pedal. You're very talented man I'm sure you would smash any of those tracks!
Sam writes some awesome drum parts. Love me some veil of maya
Matt Thompson thanks for checking out dude! And I agree he’s a beast!
bro that was so clean
Devout Indomie Cultist dude thanks!
Super interesting to hear you play a four-based feeling in the choruses.
That threw me off completely because I feel the chorus very much in 6/8 so the accents you played were at all the wrong places for me.
Also: Awesome to see a fellow open-handed drummer. The part starting from 2:00 had to take ages to practice. Nice work. Keep it up!
Oddly I couldn’t get the 6/8 feeling right when I started learning it, so just went for the 4/4. I’m glad you called me out though. It’s my one regret for the performance. Glad to know there are other open handed players out there, and yes that part sucks so much haha!
@@JerridBoutto regardless of the difference on what you had to play with you made it out really well and honestly sounded great 🤘🏻🔥
Good stuff man. Hella clean. If you're familiar with Death would love to see a cover of scavenger of human sorrow
I do know them and know that he’s a beast of a drummer, he’s a different vibe then I’m used to though. I’ll check out the track!
@@JerridBoutto right on man. Definitely some of the wildest rhythms I've heard. Keep up the good work, digging the reactions too.
