As a person who has visited India, this is my opinion. Kerala is all educated. Very secure. Best Culture. Those who wish to visit India should choose kerala.

Kerala might be below in GDP when compared to a lot of other Indian states but you wont find slums and disparity in wealth distribution. Wherever you're in Kerala, you'll find decent standards of living. In other big cities you can find slums and poverty besides high rise and big businesses.

It's not only the facts you say. Our people like 90% of our people do genuinely care for their neighbours, friends and it's people. We do carry same emotions for people of other states too. That's the greatest value our parents teach us. Without this value you wouldn't bother care about others.
We have both left and right government changing periodically but have a very good primary health (PHS) and education system which absolutely free. In particular higher literacy level bring all these changes comparing it's counterpart states. In recent years we faced a mammoth flood and then nipha virus attack.That preparedness of our PHS and it's brilliant doctors and other health workers made it possible along with the cohesive action with other public departments. During this pandemic our government is feeding and treating around an half a million of it's guest workers from other parts of India who got stranded due to lockdown.
Don't politicise it. kerala achieved it because of people and the ruling parties of all time. state gov and national gov's understanding lead to financial backbone to us. And improvement in many aspects. Its not about bjp, congress or ldf all have contributed something to bring out the best in the state.

But the modern education and public health system keep Kerala unique. Free education and best medication are given, even for the marginalised here, since many years. Who's behind this social environment? It's non other than Christian missionaries who came from Europe in previous centuries. They were the paioners of modern education and medicine in this small state. Until then Kerala also was similar to any other places of India with all kinds of social injustices. Along with that the Christian hospitals came forward to form nurses and other paramedical experts to strengthen the medical profession. I think Kerala stands out because of its somewhat unity in diversity. I think Kerala is the wealthiest state in India
It has the highest standards of living in India and even compared to some Asian countries. Literacy is almost I would say about 95%.Any way it is not a poor state by any means.
