- Rereata Makiha grew up immersed in the Maramataka or Māori calendar. He was taught an intricate system of beliefs and observations that existed long before Christianity arrived. Moana spoke with Rereata about Māori spirituality, Life and Death.

IMO Maori gods were Mother nature and it makes sense because mother nature dictates how we exist

The Maori calendar is similar to astrology in that it uses the 72 Shem Ra Angels. There are also 72 Atua that make up the face of the one God (Te Kore Matua). Ancient Egypt and Maori also had the same name for the creator. Egypt called the creator IAO (Isis, Apophis and Osiris).
Good luck on that belief. Will IAO save you from HELL. lol. Jesus Christ is God. IAO is Nothing. Hope you ain’t gonna try and mix IAO with the God of the Bible cause that’s an “Abomination”.

Most of the Gospel has been altered by emperors, kings, queens, politicians and religious leaders etc so it is difficult to tell fact from fiction. In my opinion hell is a state of mind, though if you want to instill fear and control in the masses you could turn hell into an actual place.
