- Hey folks! This is a mix that i've made, of the song Nessun Dorma, with the original voice of Pavarotti. Marc Martel, a pretty good impersonator of Freddie, made a video trying to imitate Pavarotti, but he can't do him as well as he does the Freddie's voice. So i replaced the audio of him imitating the Maestro with the original voice of this legend. Well, both are legends. Hope u all like it! Thanks :)
So from the description… this is Pavarotti edited together with Marc Martel impersonating Freddie. Marc had originally done a version by himself (called “the Mavarotti”, I think) where he impersonated both Pavarotti and Freddie’s parts. Here, the editor just replaced the sections where Marc had sung in Pavarotti’s style, with the real Pavarotti.
Marc's version is called "Mercurotti".

Freddie's opera adventure with Montserrat Caballé was and is absolutely gorgeous.
Marc's performance of "Nessun Dorma" is a lovely tribute to that and imagining what could have been, had the medical technology caught up to keep Freddie in this realm a bit longer.
