Im so used people exaggerating the titles that I was genuinely shocked when Ryno crawled under there. That’s insane the entire bracket just ripped right off like that! Thank god Deddik went under there to do some maintenance.
This is well documented over on the Bronco forum. The 2021 had an open mount design where as later models had a boxed in design. Ford and the forum members are advising owners with broken mounts to have it documented at the dealership for possible remediation.
Detig's story telling about what would have happened if both sides broke while you were driving is kind of hilarious. He likely is right, but how his imagination is just going wild as he is telling the story had me rolling. Love ya Detig you always keep us entertained. Thanks for saving Ryno for us.
Factory arms have rubber bushings which can absorb the shock impact. Aftermarket arms with solid heim joints have no give and probably cause the mounts to crack.
You can fight with the dealer and tell them the frame cracked right in the welds. If it was the aftermarket parts you put in, it would have cracked in different areas and not on the welds.
See here’s the problem, you’re using logic to fight a dealership. That never works, his route he’s going is a way better option because he knows its quality and he knows its getting strengthened beyond what he’s gonna use it for
@@KDlGGDealers don’t really have a say in something like this. It would be escalated to the manufacturer getting involved for something this severe. This is a known issue over on the Bronco forums
But Dealer‘s gonna see, you modified the suspension, causing stress on the mounts because the pivot points are now extended stress cause there are different angles. They’re not gonna cover it just weld it reinforce it and call it good
The frame is made of boron steel there is no welding anything onto it without compromising the integrity of the frame you’d have to replace the frame or junk it. Unfortunately this is common in a lot of fords do to the rear end being boron steel causing it to snap. Now this isn’t factual or something ford has released but as someone who works in the collision industry when boron steel is welded to and not done properly it causes the steel to become weak and when under stress snaps like glass. Which is why a lot of fords total so fast due to there being no way to repair the frame or any part in the vehicle with this kind of steel.
Hopefully the place that makes the repairs on your Bronco can make a video of the repairs. If you are able to put it on UA-cam it may warn are the Bronco owners so no one gets hurt. Not that they care, but maybe it will make Ford think about helping other people with this same problem. Maybe the same parts are breaking on cars that haven't been upgraded.
This whole new generation of broncos was a complete travesty from the beginning. I wanted to brag about how jeeps are way better but catastrophic frame and suspension damage like that is just unacceptable and sad to see...thankfully no one got hurt
There is documentation of other Broncos that haven’t been modified having the same problem. If a recall eventually gets released it won’t matter if the truck is modified or not.
Sketchy. Upper links on those dont get a lot of pressure on them because they have a panhard bar. Crazy it ripped it off the frame. Ford's going to blame the links for being billet and being stronger than stock links.
The lift kits angle ,is more than likely what caused the failure ,could be due to the control arm either being to long ,and causing excessive force pushing against the mount ,or to short, one, or the other. This probably would not have happened, with stock parts in my opinion I could be wrong though, but I don't think so

Yeah seeing the other is the same way is crazy

That’s plausible for sure. 😊
Those trailers wheels came out good.
😂😂

Man that metal looks super thin dang
I drive three miles of bad gravel road to our ranch. Makes me want to check my truck.
Dirt king is the best. Always had great communication when trying to level my at4. That’s why I went with their part rather than others.
Grab the BBB and go!!
Thats just crazy man! You were saying how bad the bronco was, but i never imagined this bad!
The obs turn out really good and the truck sounds good
Always the best way to start the week!
I've towed a few new broncos for this reason in Wisconsin one was a mall crawler the other few were bone stock. Common with them a tech told me.

@ that’s not why it broke but yes that’ll be what they claim
Might need some gussets for long travel brackets?. Boxed all in...not sure. I'm just glad Noone got hurt. Much love bros
Fern is so awesome, what a good dude!
Exactly what happened to mine except for it happened on the front end and totalled my bronco a month after ownership....
Can’t wait to see this truck in person, first year going to sema
Time for a Toyota
Toyota quality is just as sub-par.
When Chris said “Just gimme 5 minutes” killed me
HAVE DETIG FILM RESEALING THE TRANSFER TANK
Think the build came together really nice.
I used to work at ford , one of those with factory wheels and tires also broke a piece off the frame.
Good luck on repair. Might be blessing. Better than ever would be from factory

Detig will save the Day!!🎉
Ondgas blue single cab trx and his ondgas red sema build 24:43
Awesome content coming up! Thanks!
Those heim joints transfer way more shock to the frame than the rubber bushings in the stock arms!
Because a robot welds the whole thing doesn’t mean there’s no quality control
Have fun in sema hope your truck brings some sweet looks😎
I went through this 6 months ago. IT SAYS LIFT ME ON THE FEONT FENDER WELLS.
don’t let the dealer screw you.
Ryan, that's sucks about the Bronco! I hope you can get it fixed, right!
Just weld it back together lol
New camera is crispy
LMAO .
chris- she look like she's lookin to party
Ryan- but we in the same hotel room dog lmfao 🤣
First year going to Sema so excited to see the truck. But how does it work how do I get in?
Those broncos just seem so cheap and overpriced
Hopefully the place that makes the repairs on your Bronco can make a video of the repairs.

Perfect reason to go back to the Ole reliable duramax
Over under on Ryan’s voice going out again at SEMA
17:09 as someone who’s been watching for years I know you leaving is not gonna be easy 😂
The white wheels are sick🔥
Make sure to film all the obs fords please 😊
Possible sue for ford because thats dangerous
Unfortunately ford will get away with it due to the minor modifications he made
I don’t think you can win a suit for no damage or injury done. I know there’s “damage” but no one has damages like death or injury. Not a lawyer btw
Lmao you’ll get laughed out of the lawsuit real quick 😂
Wow. Wild. Hope you win
Those 6.7 steelbodies sound so good deleted!
This whole new generation of broncos was a complete travesty from the beginning. I wanted to brag about how jeeps are way better but catastrophic frame and suspension damage like that is just unacceptable and sad to see...thankfully no one got hurt
Having the same issues with my 2022 f250!
I wonder if the billet arm caused that
Happy Monday notification gang!
Last time I came this early she left me
Fords not gunna want to Warrenty it cause it has aftermarket parts
There is documentation of other Broncos that haven’t been modified having the same problem. If a recall eventually gets released it won’t matter if the truck is modified or not.
The ins needs white letter tires to go with the old school look
Hey Ryno I was wondering on what happened to lights king I haven’t seen him on the channel in a while when your at the shop working on the trucks
Why would you even take that to the dealer 😂
It might have been mentioned in another video but whats with the tall shelves of boxes in the shop?
Wow, surprised we got another video before SEMA
Fam is a slang word it’s like you walk up to someone you know and say what’s up fam. Short for family.
@@birdlucien7183 ya if we’re homies throw that out. Not when you’re snitching on us!
I’ve parked in the parking garage by that forklift that made the drop.
Ryno you got the best truck at SEMA
I'll be taking a look under my Jeep tomorrow morning!!!!! 😂 Ford Luckily you weren't found on road dead because of that!!!!!!!!
Spicy Ford Escape 😂
Time to take the BBB!
I wish he would or at least make a video on it once in a while
Your almost next to GFP gabe... lol he's a youtuber too... that f450 dually on the blue anylift...
That's because there a piece of junk no just a bronco told you

Another great Video, Ryan what brand of glasses are those?
Heatwaves! Use code DMAXRYNO10 to save money!
Gabes truck iceberg is outside cool
@sarah -n- tuned ..check your rear arm on your bronco .. watch the first 5 minutes
Time to bring the ol crew cab obs out of retirement!!😂 in all seriousness glad he found that before it killed you
Can't blame Deddik for it falling apart for loose bolts
It’s a Covid vehicle. There was a lot of manufacturing issues during Covid.
so forgot when you got stuck, you drove chris to az too 🤦🏻♂️
At some point your gonna have to drive the bbb them old bones need to move
Time to make the bronco full pre runner lol
Ryan can’t afford to be slide down the road on his lid again
Yea buddy ford about to drop the hottest recalls ever. Buy Toyota
It’s not a donkey kick more like a bronco dump
With Detig there I think I would build my own Blazer!!
Im worried about Robbie Laton getting there on time.
Now that this is my second video, def should have gone with APG over bajakits, but either way, those mounts are fucked either way 😮
Ryno go back to GM and get a blazer. Oh wait GM doesn't make a bronco competitor. They should have called it the B-laser cuz it ain't no blaser
Change it back to stock then take it in 😂
Look at the tire wear that whole suspension setup is off
I would've privated and not posted these videos, replaced the stuff back to factory and called Ford cause that's unacceptable.
Yup take it to dealer
I'm a Ford guy but I'm very disappointed in the quality of these newer Broncos. Offroad my ass.
The obs left taillights flickering. Watch out at SEMA.
I just seen another guy show this apparently it's a common fail point
Look up the apg company, they make prerunner broncos.
Take the bbb
Built Ford Tough
Long arm, wheels and tires it might have been stressed
Anybody know what suspension he has on the f350?
As Gabe Ferrells truck is in the back
Get a 2021 or 2022s Chevy Silverado or sierra they don’t come with the afm or dfm
Built on a friday evening
Members only casino video

He's not the first to have this issue on the early model Bronco
New Broncos are crap.
Totally pathetic ford built this.
