We will work for 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work for every exercise and the workout will be a straight set style workout. The training variables we will implement in our workout today will be focusing on the selection of weight and the tempo of your reps. You will use weights that are 75-85% of your max weight for each exercise to be able to perform more reps powerfully and you will move your body for 2 seconds to lengthen the muscle we are working and take 2 seconds to complete the contraction. Think of sitting into a squat for two seconds and pushing back up for 2 seconds without a pause at the bottom. You will aim for 6-12 reps for each work period and aim for muscle failure at the end of each exercise!

Does anyone else have an occasional and spontaneous need to burst into tears when you max out? I can’t tell if it’s stress related or some kind of parasympathetic nervous system trigger… either way, I battled through it, reduced weight, and just kept going. Feeling good now that it’s complete! 😰🤔💪🏼

I almost skipped todays workout but I kept thinking about what they say, if you workout on Monday, you will workout all other days. I did my workout at the last minute before bedtime. Thanks Sydney for the motivation at the end of each video. It helps later on, I remember your words. 😊
Out of so many workout videos on UA-cam, I found this as the only genuine channel and a human video. It shows the utter hard work, all sweat and struggle. It made me feel human and good. Otherwise, I would feel how these guys/gals don't breathe heavy or sweat or the whole burnout experience when they workout. They kind of made me feel weak. I saw this video and it made me feel, like yeah, this is me and the struggle is real.
I took a week off for a vacation in Florida. Holy Cow! What a way to come back in full-strength mode! My goal is weight loss and strength!

Thank you Sydney ❤ Just starting back on my fitness journey again after working out with you around 5 years ago and getting in my best shape of my life, and then falling out of it. Trying now to work and stick to the fitness and healthy eating in order to get back there and be my best self for myself but also my little girl who needs a happy healthy mama. Your cooldown talk was just what I needed, almost 2 weeks into sticking to my fitness and diet plan and today was definitely one of those “I’m never going to get there, why bother” days.
It won’t always feel amazing and it’s not always going to be fun on the journey, but when we get there and achieve the goal it will have all been worth it ❤❤

Every time I feel failure coming, I breathe deep and say come on. when failure comes, I rest for a second, breathe deep and say, come one, let's go! BREATHE through it. Let each breath take you to it. Failure is inevitable if you're pushing through your limits. Take it like a champ! Keep it up everyone!! We are getting as strong as the weight we are pushing! Push on through!
