In the video you say, Russians do not say "i love you" etc. : It seems, that it is the other way round. You are tender and nice with your wife. You are surrounded by family, a lot. Life is simple. Everyone will hold the baby. Everybody s baby. Nice.
The other way around how? Many cultures don't express their love verbally. That's what he was saying.
Not expressing love verbally doesn't mean it doesn't exist or that people are bad. They express by doing because for most people words are empty.

edit: Ayran is sooo good, they differ a bit , some are thicker and some are more watery , but cold ayran on a hot day is best, perfect amount of salt. But most of my friends think is bad tasting, so I jokingly call it Men's drink, because only strong can handle it lol.
