I had only ever thought ladies here in South Africa eat that chalk. Now i see its a continental thing 😂🤣
Yes i think it is common among all bantu cultures. Ive seen it in tanzania during food shortages and drought in villages people would eat small amounts special clay they mined and eaten during periods where they had very little iron intake due to trying to preserve their livestock. eating mostly yams and corn in these times, i dont think they were aware of the issue with iron but they understood they were lacking some important nutrient in food and ate it to supplement their diets. Pregnant wiman would too during drought. They were confident it would give them some additional nutrients they were lacking. I suppose they could eat peanuts or ither iron rich foods but these crops are introduced by europeans and people had already developed the understanding that this clay had the nutrients you need.

I started getting anxious about you guys. .With this video you redeemed yourself , made up for the hiatus. About that New Year celebration at the community / club house - too bad you made it short, it was so much fun to watch. The " jelly goose " reminded me of the prosciutto .The feathers > not feeders : ) > are for pillows/ duvet = comforter and they don't come cheap in our stores. The areal pictures are my absolute favorite no matter what's the season. The firework at midnight was awesome , same for the teasing of your loved ones. Yes, in russia you can keep a gun at hone for hunting sport or defence (defence laws are unreliable but owning for defence is fine) generally shotguns and rifles are normal handguns are not geberallu legal to keep at hime the pistok he had was a traumatic pistol firing a pistol cartridge with a rubber bullet. Its very common to own. at close range it can kill you if it hits your head. Many people reconvert these to regular firearms, some are made from makarov pistols that are converted others are specially made for rubber bullets. In some places like the caucasus owning illegal pistols is very common and normal to see. In the region they are from, the urals.. Its mostly hunting rifles and shotguns.
