3 eggs
a pinch of salt
160g sugar
8g vanilla sugar
200ml seed oil
1kg Quark (fresh cheese)
1 sachet of vanilla pudding mix
15g baking powder
50g semolina

Mir hatte jemand einen Tipp gegeben damit er nicht aufreißt , in der Hälfte der Backzeit ein paar Minuten aus dem Ofen nehmen und dann den Backzeit fortsetzen ! Siehe da , er st nie wieder aufgerissen 😘

Je regarde la vidéo une 2 ieme fois maintenant je vois pourquoi vous mettez de la semoule en plus ...parceque il n'y a pas de farine ou maïzena et. Je vois que c'est 1 gâteau 🍰 sans pâte c'est bon car il m'est arrivé de le faire 1 jour et j'avais oublié de mettre la pâte dans le moule..il était délicieux....

Quark is a tangy cream cheese. So you can use skyr, or combine cream cheese and sour cream (~4:1 ratio), or ricotta and sour cream (~9:1 ratio), ...
Firm greek yoghurt, mascarpone, blended cottage cheese or just plain cream cheese (if you're in a hurry or feel lazy and don't want to do much shopping) can also be used as a substitute.
