1st video I've seen. But honestly mezmorizing to watch you bake. It like watching a ballet or someone paint. That look like the best dessert ever. Since there so much left Over cream, its bedtime and I'm hungry now. Why not put it on the top to, with fresh flowers, fresh fruit, fruit compote, sweet and salty caemel sauce.... Can't wait to go shopping next week. I've decided life's to short, eat dessert first because we all deserve something special.. Even if they are cake box cookies, lol 😂
Hello!!! I have made this cake in about 40 years- It is very popular here in Sweden. IT is called Britta tårta or Pinoccio Tårta. The difference is that we make it double deck with the fruit of the season in between the layers. I think you made it very well. I live in Stockholm. There is a cake in Uruguay called Chajá and it is the same but broken meringues are put on the sides of the cake, like a frosting. Delicious!!!

Im from norway and never seen maskarpone in the cream…. That’s italian, so wipped cream is what we use. This one was my moms spesiality… she made it so much she got tierd of it.

This is called Kvæfjordkake, or Kvæfjord cake. Kvæfjord is a place in Norway where this cake originates from. It is a really delicious cake.

And she had a trick to keep the narang chrispy on the lower one… she turned the marang down, and had the cake parts with cream on.
