Fucking brutal.

I'm assuming Stormfront "killed" her by snapping her neck, but as it started healing she regains control. I understand what you're trying to say with her being able to wake up BEFORE healing, but people can have partially broken necks and not lose full control, so I'm thinking her neck broke, but as it started to heal she regained consciousness enough to crack it back into place.
To be honest, with three superpowered girls beating another superpowered girl, three normal guys with no superpowers not only are going to be useless, but also going to be slaughtered in two seconds by that nazi grandma.

When he's in a situation or fight he doesn't like, just zoom off into the sky and there ain't shit anyone can do about it. Saved Stormfront's ass here too. It didn't take her long to get even more fucked up anyway, but for a brief time, her ability to fly got her out of a situation that would have definitely killed her otherwise. Flying is OP AF.
It's not flying being op by itself, it's THIS flying being op, as they seemingly can instantly fly upward at full speed when they couldn't even stand on their two feet. That's a plot escape imo.
I love that while Homelander and Stormfront were both so strong the never learned to fight so the moment you get a couple of sups that are tough and say screw self preservation we get some grear beat downs.
