For a long time I thought it was The business secrets of the Faroes. Located half way between Scotland and Iceland in the Northeast Atlantic, the Faroe Islands are an archipelago of 18 mountainous islands, with a total land area of 1,399 square kilometres, a sea area of 274,000 square kilometres and a population of about 55,000. Anyone else? (I'm not a native English)
apparently its pretty easy to get into Mensa and you can buy your way in. A few youtubers are in Mensa purely so they can say they're in it and have their names on the list. There is one who took the test and passed to show they're not as smart as they like to suggest and as a result his name was removed from the list but some higher ups in Mensa disagreed with the pettiness so now its a game of back and forth with the guys name being removed and added again and again
3:53 Framing is so good and subtle in this show. The decision to just only use the awful downcast office lighting and have him so small and unimpressive in the frame is hilarious
@ it is comical. In a harmless, inquisitive way. It makes me laugh my ass off when I read about what they’re referencing. Things I would never know about European/UK culture I’ve learned from a sitcom
Mark is a master at capitalism. That's what happens when you know the business secrets of the pharaohs

@@DavidZ4-gg3dm yes, but English is not my first language - I misunderstood and it's quite funny.
'Why the Faroes?!'
@@PiselliPirelli When talking about his book, he mentions ancient Egypt.
@@DavidZ4-gg3dm it was all quite puzzling
For some reason the fact that Gale is in Mensa and yet works as a restaurant manager is fucking hilarious
She owns it, no?

The second time Mark takes revenge at work using urine!
@@DavidZ4-gg3dm 5th time actually
Webb nails acting drunk. Plus "Hes excited" is one of the best lines in the whole saga.
Sophie's (Olivia's) acting in the pregnant and driving scene is so underrated
Despite being initially shocked, Sophie quickly disregards Mark's red flags, including his urine revenge at JLB & carrying Mr Cutty Knife!
That knife, it was a biggie
Ive said it before, I'll say it again, i never wanted this show to ever end
Better that it did, the best shows know when enough is enough and dont want to run on and get stale

I genuinely wonder what they’re up to now.
The way Mark walks out the change room in silence after he says "see your Friday" is too good.
Hi I'm Robert Grayson
Mark's laugh is hilarious
The camera lense choice for the POV during the Sophie/affair with jez inside the car is seriously the funniest shit ever to me. 😂
10:55 that look up to the jar of gherkins always cracks me up
The Silver Spoon routine scene gets me every time 😂

Yet another one I missed as an American on my first 20 watches. Had to Google Vince cable
I just googled Vince Cable and I have the same birthday as him.
I don't know why, but an American person googling Vince Cable is mildly comical.

Great timing. Was in great need of real comedy.

Most British shows are pretty funny, this is not one of them.
That’s true, this one is outrageously funny
Which do you think are funnier?
Terrible take, considering it’s probably one of the highest rated cult classics in modern british TV. Virtually nobody agrees with you
