how do you use the form to update the information on the data saved in the opportunity
Once you create the form with contact data including custom fields will automatically update the contact record.
Is pipeline means Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) ?
No it does not. They are two different things. SOP is the way a company has defined a certain process that they do. Like when you onboard a client there is a process you follow that is your SOP. Pipeline is a way to visually see your leads and in what stage they are in so you can either track it or automated lead management.

@@MrMadhav I do not believe I understand what you mean. Its possible to create a procedure in a workflow so the same logic executes each time. Hope that helps.
I am curious why you would have "no show" as a stage in the pipeline where you can have the automation start based on appointment status?
Is there a specific benefit?
The No Show is just another stage in the pipeline. You will have people no show for appointments and this stage is how you can handle it.
I understand that. What I’m saying is why does it need to be a stage when an appointment can just be marked as a no show in the appointment page.
Then any automation can just be triggered if appointment status is no show.

@@noahcohen6426 you could do that but how could your sales team find these people? They could be tagged as well but why not just keep them in the same pipeline so your team can search and find them.
Yeah I guess that way the dashboard would be more clear with more accurate repression of the pipeline status. 👌
