I installed your last Optimization pack and I'm still satisfied to this day. I will recommend these to my friends, incase they want to do a fresh install. Also kept the Turbo Optimization too on my Storage USB, very convenient that you updated it for easier use. Until then, have a good one.

you can use process lassos to ENFORCE the powerplans so they will NEVER change saving the hassle of deleting them, you can also use it to enforce other tricks, maybe set power plan per exe so highest performing plan for gaming and power saving plan for idling over a specific time of inactivity.
that's true but you have to keep in mind it's some extra services running and when you want as low services running as possible it's better just to delete the other ones when you just don't use them

Going to do the fresh install today. In the past I reduced buffer bloat and increased download speeds by disabling Interrupt Moderation in the Intel Gigabit Ethernet settings under device manager. Will have a look into RAM tweaking. Thank you so much for everything

Does this program make it worse in the latest versions of Windows, or can it still be used in certain scenarios? Or, as an alternative, disable core0 of the active application for frame stabilization? Thank you!

Everything works fine best windows for now fps and input lag i get max fps in csgo league of legends dont have any problems with csgo vac or faceit antichit u are legend man!

Something I noticed now after a week of using your optimization, the date /time on the right bottom corner, when clicking it it used to bring up a calendar, that it does nothing. Any way I can bring that functionality back?
when i try to expand the calendar in the taskbar it is not working.
Are procceses in task menager disabled with this turbo optimization like it was with optimization befoure this one?
Purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from the site he mentions in his description. The key says it's already been activated, I reached out to their support team providing a screenshot of the "key already" used message from MS. Let's see if they resolve it.

how do you test all of these registry changes and Message Signaled-Based Interrupts for stability and bugs and lag spikes even small bytes spikes can indicate lag with games servers. don't tell me about Arduino tool and your old sheet test result because they don't tell

Hey Fr33thy i have 3 questions for You:
1. What's about windows event viewer logs errors and warnings? Should i just ignore them or try to find solution to fix them at google? Can they causes some issues with games or OS?
2. Is "Autoruns" still revelant to uncheck some stuff i don't use? On my current os i have disabled all Intel(R) bloatware services and some creative bloat + autoupdate bunch apps. Do i need to care about this or just install os + run ur allin1 file + full update win later and im good ?
3. Ur video about game launchers optimizing is missing... Do i still still need to care about this stuff like turn on "low performace mode" + uncheck "enable hardware decoding" and some other stuff from interface tab at Steam settings? Or just install steam, leave everything default and just download games and play?
Im on some old rig nowdays - 7700k/gtx1060/16gb 3000mhz so thats why im asking, cuz its maybe placebo but if i turn off everything that i can from autoruns/steam i think my cs go just fell smoother :)

Evl will light up like a christmas tree and even carry on If one drive is uninstalled (one example)
You can still occasionally check autoruns if you like, I took care of most of all that in this opti method though
Game launchers yeah it's still ideal to optimize them, disable overlays hardware accel etc

Do we need to use msconfig command and check all the cpus in advanced section and the 3sec and no gui boot? are we gone gain something ?
Hi Chris at 00:19:26 minute you say that you do not need to worry about the chipset driver and update Windows will do everything by itself but I have for some reason not, after installing Windows (clean) I completely update the entire Windows update and I have no chipset I have errors called PCIE device number 2-3 pieces, motherboard z690 tuff gaming d4 wifi and 12600k processor, have to download them manually, I think it works only for PC year 2000-2016 or 2019

After using your script I can no longer open my calendar in the bottom right of the taskbar, do you know what causes this and how I can fix it? I'm not sure if you've already answered it in this video but it's 2 hours long so I can't really go through it all.
I do have another question though, how come you're changing personal preference stuff that doesn't affect performance? Such as deleting backgrounds etc. I think it's best to just let users choose what to do with things that don't affect performance. While I very much appreciate you for doing this it has caused me some nuisance due to those personal preference changes.

Hey Fr33thy, I installed all AMD chipset drivers after a clean install and ran your PC tune-up. Would you recommend uninstalling the chipset drivers at this point and let Windows updates deal with it?

They do not have NVIDIA Reflex/AMD Anti-Lag available/enabled.
They have multithreaded rendering enabled.
They use VSYNC.

The non K CPUs need to have at least C3 enabled so full turbo boost works correctly.
hey man, this is amazing but for some reason i can't run programs as administrator without manually doing it (if I directly download an app from Chrome and try to run it, it just says I need to input username and password for the Administrator account). If I go and right click -> run as administrator the setup, it'll work. Any fixes?

hi man, curious as to what could cause degraded performance on a windows install over time? what sort of maintenance can improve things back towards a fresh install's performance? cheers!
many files, registry's, temp files, not clean uninstalled drivers, drivers in general, buggy windows updates or from any software.

hi FR33THY I really appreciate this fresh install and I will buy a windows key with your code to support you which is not much but I wanted to show appreciation somehow. Now after doing this fresh install how can I further optimize my computer, I would really appreciate any tips.
My specifications are RTX 2080ti, Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor, ROG strix B550-F gaming and 32 GB of RAM
overclocking, game configs and upgrading hardware is all you can do after this video to gain even more performance ;)
Not going to lie, I get more FPS and better performance with these optimizations than I did with the custom ISOs.
Does no display scaling add 0.3 ms of delay?

Are GAME MODE and HAGS good to have enabled on Win10 22H2? they keep reseting and disableing after restart
I have some issues when hooking the external monitor (alienware aw2521hfa), the dmw.exe is creating some stutters, after i end process from task manager it goes smooth for a while but after the desktop stutters are back, any ideea?
How can you further reduce the lag in games?

Hi, i know that there is no relation with this optimization guide, but i know there are some tech people here, did someone notice on the 22h2 win10 the WDM (WINDOWS DESKTOP MANAGER) eat like 20-30 % of your GPU just by moving tab on the desktop?

Intel have a big problems with 2.5Gb ethernet drivers to gamers,the now cap to 1Gb with update.

Hey Chris, any update on Drag and Drop not working? Found that enabling Admin approval mode for the Admin account reenabled Drag & Drop but also stops apps being able to install properly such as Epic Games or installing Java
Also fixed this, setting full access to the temp folder for users worked for some reason. Im assuming turning on admin approval mode changes the admin account to use the user permissions instead?

Hi there, first of all thanks for your videos. I did a clean windows 10 turbo optimization install. I got a 5900X with a 4090 currently and every single game is running perfect beside 1. Minecraft. I get max 140-150 fps with no shaders whatsoever. My 3080 had this problem too at first and suddenly went away but now with the 4090 it persists again. Do you have any Ideas?
Run DDU. Upgrade drivers. Use graphics to your liking. Minecraft is a heavily CPU bound so tinkering with your PBO or even manual overclocking would help. Increasing graphics /textures would help as it would put more usage on your gpu
Multimedia class scheduler service on vs off for gaming?
i have 2 questions: if you let it turned on and just tweak this service throught regedit, then you just decrease the background processes and applications up to 10%, but there is still 10% left theoretically which could be used for game. So i wonder if i disable this service completly if then the running game will utlilize full capacity of 100% without reserve those 10% for background apps . problem is that MCSS serice itself states that If this service is stopped, individual tasks resort to their default priority..... so that means behaviour of the game would be like before registry tweak- back to 20% reserved CPU utilization for background processess?
Keep it on
That 20% is a default value of a dword "SystemResponsiveness" but it works only for Tasks that have "Scheduling Category" set to Low. By default, there is not a single Task with low priority so there is nothing reserved. People think this is related to Windows background processes but in fact it's a part of multimedia stuff.
@@ldrago5330 so it is not relevant with games and even additional apps like Radeon software, game boosters,or MSI Afterburner. This is only for tasks or processes which have low priority right? Then its useless and i should not care about it, cause i have no tasks with low priority
@@PainInTheAss33Unless you manually change "Scheduling Category" to Low for particular Task for example "Playback", you don't need to care about it. Also, from my experience default priorities of all tasks are fine for daily use. Their purpose is just to make sure that audio will never crack or pop during intense cpu usage.

No mate there wasn't any improvement using that tool so I now leave it out of optimizations
i have 3080ti and a 7950x and still get stutters in rocketleague and ive done everything and other things to fix it and it keeps happening can you do a video on that game ?
maybe install the game on SSD
Have you checked the polling rate of your mouse is set to 1000 ?
Also what monitor do you have?
if you're talking about the stutter while it's joining a game server, there's nothing you can do about it sadly.
