--Description is full :/---I'll update every month!--
I met a lot of great friends at the venue! Thanks to all of you who saw me and came to meet me. It was my pleasure and I love all of you guys!
É stato un piacere per me incontrarti!
I was there as well, but given I traveled from Argentina I had no more organs left to sell in order to be that close to THE MAN
Heavy bends on his age are extremely difficult so give him some credits. He doesn't have to tour for the money he does it to say goodbye to his lovely fans. David is my guitar hero forever.
The most moving show I’ve ever attended to in my life. It’s not just about music, but the farewell of a very talented human being, a translator of emotions, a master of human reality, a communicator and a creator, now enjoying life as a 78-year-old adult, gifting us with a lesson about life, in the most beautiful city ever. Thank you for all you have given to humanity, David!
He's not dead yet!
@@Peakabike nope, but everybody can tell this is his last tour.
@@Peakabike nope, but everybody can tell this is his last tour.
Some of the people on here giving David grief is a fucking joke. Hes the best guitar player ever. If u don't like it dont watch or listen to him.
Was there on Saturday night.
Age means nothing when still got feeling.
Was a night to reflect on a long journey david has been on .
Some very special moments.
Fukn love u david
We saw him at Brighton, the first rehearsal night; it's a nine-mile drive (Past his house to get there lol) and we loved every moment!
I'm just back in the Hotel from the Sunday concert and oh boy that was such an amazing experience, it was worth every penny spend for the trip to Rome. It was my first David Gilmour concert and it was by far the best concert I ever have been.
ow yeah!
@11.21 did the e string snap? The man a genius 🎸
Age makes itself felt a little, but listening to it still moves me now, forever David Gilmour ❤
Sorrow is absolutely amazing live. When that "E" note on the bass kicks in towards the end of the intro I felt every part of my body shake with how powerful that was. I'm glad I got the chance to watch him three times in Brazil during his last tour
ow yeah!
I was there on Friday. The best concert I've ever attended to. And I'm still 14!
You're lucky! Cheers!
He's very choppy now in his playing.. lots of bad notes, different tone, bends are a little sharp etc... but he's 78. Should be applauded for even being able to get on stage without help.
Let's see how we're doing at that age if we reach it... probably struggling to put our shoes on. Proper legend this fella.
Yes, just like your grandpa at a party. Is it pity or genuine appreciation??
I think the problem with all the rose-coloured-glasses comments are of fans that want to see the best regardless of the reality. Well, I remember David in the Momentary Lapse of Reason days, and he was at the very top of his game then. My glasses won't be rose-coloured.
My dad is 82, and in his young days, a damn good fighter. If I needed some protection these days, I WOULD NOT TURN TO MY DAD!!!
we all appreciate him. he's a hero to all of us. he killed saturday night and I was really fortunate to see him in a few feet away. nobody is shitting on anything you guys, chill a little. We all have opinions and would like to share it just as much as you do. considering people expect me to do a video and do a review, I had to point out what's important for me. focus on the %95 of the good things I say and don't let the %5 kind, humble negative comments bother you. let's all hold hands and run like in the 80s movies.
@@mustyguitarYou know him more than me… You should know it’s nothing new, in Hollywood Bowl 2016 he did run like hell riff on the wrong frets, in 2006 there are videos of him butchering solos let alone 2011 reunion with Roger…
nobody cares, dude
A choppy Gilmour is better than most touring these days. I saw 2 shows at the Hollywood Bowl last week and it was fantastic
Wish ilI could play the guitar half as badly as that!! Awesome what a legend to be doing that at 78 love it!!!
Hope I can help you along the way Stephen 🎸🤙🏻👋🏻
@@mustyguitar definitely!! Thanks for all the hard work and commitment to DGs music.
Are you a pro player??????
Simply one of the greatest ever!!!!
Who cares if he hits a couple of bum notes here and there...he's been hitting perfect notes for decades upon decades. No one bats 1.000% in baseball and the same goes for music. Not to mention his age...let's just be happy he's alive and sharing his gift.
And another thing, as a soloist, he stands high above almost all of his contemporaries and peers. There were great guitarists from the 60s and 70s who were highly influential. And yet, I can't think of anyone who was as lyrical as Gilmour consistently was when crafting a guitar solo. I can't hum too many of Clapton's solos back to myself...maybe one or two. Almost all of Gilmour's solos are lyrical, which makes them memorable.
Thanks to my two brothers, I was lucky to attend this concert of this extraterrestrial David Gilmour, it was a gift that he offered us despite his age, and he was magnificent, true to himself.
Bro, you need to give him a break. He’s 78 years old. Still blows Clapton, Keith Richards, Jimmy Page and Joe Perry away!
@@junkerscott you’re right. It’s not my place to “give him a break” though. It was an amazing night, I’m just pointing what’s different than usual
He does, but he's on the slide big time. He's struggling finding the notes sometimes now... fumbling with some phrases...some of the bends are a little sharp etc...
But, let's see if any of us can do this at 78!... He's a legend. Knopfler is another.. but he's still hitting his songs on point.
Does that give one the right to medocrity? Stop the hero worship. Yes, he's old, but if you're going to put yourself on public display, be prepared for some criticism. Do you want to see your parents pose nude?
@@stevenclark1973 Then he shouldn't be doing it!!! When you need someone to run a marathon for your life, do you chose a 78 year old, or 28 year old??
Every profession the retirement age is 65-70, for a reason!!!
@@dennisneo1608lol it's packing there. People love seeing him and he loves performing. The only one crying is you.
Questo sta a dimostrare che, la musica non ha età...Super Emozionante Sempre 🙂
I saw him a few weeks ago, fantastic, a true musician of gigantic proportion. What a legend he is, I loved the set too. Perfect.
Amazing. Once again The lighting is incredible. Adds sooo much to a great song.
Thank you for this demo, excellent 👍 I was there this same night as well, we sat on row 9 so not far behind you 😀 Loved the gig and the band, marvellous night!! ❤️
Wow, we went to the same show. Despite the odds, I am still blown away (and will be forever!). Looking forward to your review!
Was there on Saturday too. Amazing concert. In my top 3
Love your channel and videos about gear tone tabs and how to master DGs sound.
Thanks for doing this for the community!
Saludos desde Argentina!
thank you! cheers!
Memory of a lifetime.... Wish i could afford going there and see the legend himself play the guitar...
I am a subscriber of your channel and you are absolutely killing it. Cant imagine how much time and work you have put in to play like david Gilmour
thank you! I really appreciate this!
Love this man. Saw both PF tours in '88 & '94, and On An Island tour 2006. I'm content. No reason to sully those pristine memories without Richard Wright.. Thanks for posting.
Me too... Those shows were all classic... Saw him at the Hollywood Bowl in 2006... Will be there again this Oct!
I was there on the 27th and 28th...and for me SORROW was the best of both concerts!!!
We were today and exactly - Sorrow. Sounds like always :) Fat was also good, Scattered 😉 Only three songs was accident for me. Marooned, A great day and Coming back to life. :( Anything else 90-110%
Great piece !
He’s fantastic 😊
He sure was!
Bon son, hâte d'avoir une video des meilleurs moments de la tournée...
Oh my god those are amazing seats!!
@@SkyBoundMP3 I couldn’t see him much during the slide solos. It’s really far away
@@mustyguitar It does seem like you were right in front of him for a goof portion though so thats always cool
Tomorrow I'm flying to Rome to watch the Wendesday concert, so excited to visit my first (and probably last :( ) Gimour's concert
that was the case for me. I'm glad I did!
After tomorrow for me and i hope not under rain 😅. But all i can see here is just extraordinary! ❤
I was there. Unreal!
If I wanted a prefect rendition of the old Pink Floyd songs, I'd go see Brit Floyd or Australian Pink Floyd. I'm going there to see the man himself, live, most probably for the very last time ever. Also, where else am I going hear his latest album live? I don't think any of the tribute bands are going to cover it. I'm perfectly OK with him not playing every song the same as the studio version, in fact if he did, I'd be concerned that I'm listening to a recording, rather than an ACTUAL live performance. David would never do such a thing...
100%
Glad you got to see him. You certainly earned it. That Marooned tone was awesome!!! Screaming guitar.
oh man I still think about that Marooned.
@@mustyguitar Check out this rendition of Marooned from 17 years ago... it's always been one of my favorites ua-cam.com/video/cfm_pRNfGxc/v-deo.html
Awesome!
Im looking forward to seeing him next month at the Hollywood Bowl.
Ow yeah!
Me too. He seems to be playing a bit better night after night. I was expecting his voice to be the way it is but his decline in his guitar flowability is honestly shocking to me. I'm extremely excited to be able to travel all the way there to see my idol in his last tour and I think either way we will get a great show.
Congratulations my good friend! A memory of a lifetime...
🎸🎸
Excellent
I was here, he was PERFECT.
I went to see him on the 29th, so the day after you and I have to say he really improved. Especially his singing in the second half was almost flawless and I don't think he had a fail in any of the solo's. Only the slide guitar didn't work for the start of the High Hopes solo.
honestly, I hated high hopes solo because I couldn't hear (or focus) anything. he was so far away and I couldn't see him because he was sitting and there were all these balloons that really were unnecessary. that was a little disappointing because the man was PLAYING HIS HEART OUT! I could only focus bits and pieces.
I’ll be in the second row at the MS garden in november !! Can’t wait, glad you were able to see him Musty 🤘👍
Second row or even 4th - 5th row would be better to see him actually. The stage is so high up and I’m a tall guy actually
@@mustyguitar yeah looks like, however the stage seems to be different from cities to cities, i have no idea how the layout will be organized in NY
@@PellPas you’re totally right! Custom built stages are really far away. But RAH for instance is really cool!
I was there... Same day.... I saw Him before in Verona before for rattle that lock tour , and he is still a God... No matter if some solos are not perfect, he can do it ❤
ow yeah!
Bro i was there, I was 99% convinced I saw you but wasn't sure enough to come say hi lol
I've been to the 1. Oct show, it was magnificent. His raspy, elderly voice gives deeper meaning to many songs. His tone is as great as always, and I don't mind an error here and there. It's live music guys.
That said... They were filming last night 🎉🎉🔥🔥
I think they are filming all the shows and they’ll use best ones.
@@mustyguitar did Guy Pratt go out before the show you admitted, saying specifically they are recording? Yesterday he did and there was a huge moving arm with camera over the crowd plus multiple additional cameras on the venue. And they played Sings as well before Scattered, first time here! 😀
That said usually you record all the audio from different shows and one video, with a bit of creative cuts noone notices.
Btw. I seem to be quite lucky, when I was on a DG show in Wrocław on 2016 RTL tour, it was the first one they played One of These Days, The Girl in the Yellow Dress featured as well, also there was an orchestra, and a guest pianist 😂 This time another song debut and a film crew 😂
OMG man! Sooooooooo amazing . Wow.
I was there too. A dream come true! ❤
ow yeah!
I feel that the Pompeii version of 5AM with the Les Paul is what the song was meant to be done with. But, i cannot wait for a proper full featured concert version of this Tour as i will mot likely not be able to see him in person, regretfully! Thanks for the vid! And great seats by the way! Its also kinda funny to see Ben's 16th not hop to keep time! Must be the nerves! :D
ow yeah, I'm waiting for live album too! and at the edge of my seat
Wow!! What a view!!
thanks!! in any tongue wooow 😆
I was there too! I can't believe my guess about Marooned being on the setlist was actually right!! That was also the best song of the show for me. Surreal.
At the beginning of the tour he always sounds a bit rusty and makes mistakes but and the last shows are usually the best.
Yeah that's probably true, he gets better with each show and I would have never guessed Marooned, hats off!
Thanks for giving your opinion. Don't listen to the other people. We all love him and know you do to.
That's why I never go to the first shows of a tour, things arent still quite set
I’ll be seeing him on the 29th at the Hollywood bowl. My favorite guitarist and can’t wait, still can’t help but feel a bit disappointed with the missed notes and voice aging. Obviously the voice thing happens. But still. Also kind of noticed how the light show production is a bit toned down from last tour, seemed wayyyy cooler before. What did you overall think?
There is no shame in getting old and frail. But we must realise this, and retire when we're still on top of our game.
I will be there too! :)
you'll be beyond amazed. and light shows are... yeah, I think it doesn't help him on the stage. I couldn't see ANY light show btw at the front row.
Retiring on top of your game maybe is the best for your legacy. But for the human being, I don’t think so. Even our heroes age, and I think its quite profound to see that. David is still putting up a good show, and in a sense he is showing us that he is passing on the toorch. While he loves to touch people with his music like he have all his life, soon we will be the ones to have to keep it alive for eachother to enjoy. It cant be easy being a living legend, long live David Gilmour. I hope he’ll be able to enjoy many more years of playing with the same passion.
@@mustyguitar good point about it not helping him. Probably right about that. Thanks for the reply! Your videos are great 👍🏻
Nice job with the video
He's ad libing parts of those solos so there are going to be mistakes. He nailed the first C numb solo after changing guitars though. Thanks for posting Musty, I really appreciate it. No chance of seeing him in Australia, so I'm very jealous.☮
Just put the music to your hearts fans & nothing else matters ❤🎉❤
ok.... early spring of 73. Dark Side of the Moon not yet released. "Money" was getting airplay, so I had heard that. I was (am) a long time Pink Floyd fan. Had bought "Umma Gumma" album from a cutout bin (discount) and became a fan. Reviewed the album for my high school newspaper. So I'm now at the end of my freshman year at a college in the NYC area. PF had played in Boston a couple of night earlier, and I had tickets for the midnight show (actually started at around 2AM) in Radio City Music Hall in NYC on St. Patricks day. The show starts, you hear the music and some fog effects. They're playing 'Echoes' with the driving bass line, but you can't see the band... until they appear out of the fog on a mechanical riser that lifts them up from below the stage while playing. First half of the show they do all the songs I love. After intermission, they play the entire Dark Side of the Moon album - including with the chick singers. So the first time I heard the entire album was live.
Top that, commenters.....
can anyone top that?
Empire Pool, Wembley '74 is the best sounding boot I've ever owned.
Brilliant. I’m so glad you got a ticket to go and see him. If anyone deserves one it’s you. I was wondering if you’d be able to get to see him. I’d have been straight over to say hello too if I’d been there and seen you. Can’t wait to hear about it 😊.
thank you Rob! cheers!
Sounds great. Going to the NY show in Nov
I was there and think I saw you before the show :) Totally agree with your comments, I think the sound was amazing, best ever in my Gilmour live concert experience (this is the third one). Curious about the differences between the black "cat" strat and the black strat used for example in confortably numb
Seen people's comment after your pinch of criticism. They don't know you Musty and your skills, and the fact you know every single note of David's music it makes you demanding listener. I know it was very important for you to see your master playing live and you appreciate every minute of it. They just don't get it.
thank you! I really appreciate it. thank you for your kind words. though, I'm not expecting anything more than what I saw. I just point out what stands out already and it's like %1 negative and %99 being amazed. people love to say what they think, just like me. it doesn't bother me, thanks to people like your good self
@@mustyguitar I do play a guitar myself and really can tell you are great in what you achieved, your play style is brilliant , the feel , timing, amazing.
On the other note, I have seen his pre gig performance in Brighton , and honestly he was in much better shape than this. He looks very tired and sometimes event lost in his own solos on this gig in Rome. It was so much better here in UK.
RED STRAT 🙏
Your comments were on point. He's my favorite guitarrist of all time but I still understand how he can be a little bit rusty. Maybe the experience will improove as he tours, knowing how he is, all those tiny mistakes are gonna get polished.
thank you! I always try to be fair and objective. I can't sometimes.
Can’t wait to watch a full break down of the show. As everyone has said, his vocal range is much shorter than before. There were a few notes that either were missed or just were off. I think he might be trying to change things up a bit too much on some songs, like “Time”, but it still isn’t that bad. I forget how many dates into this tour he’s in, if he’s still shaking any rust off. The years since his last tour are years that, age wise, you do tend to lose a little agility. I’m not sure he can improv like he used to (like in the second “Comfortably Numb” solo). Still, his worst playing at nearly 80 blows my best playing away. The tone chaser in me goes back and forth on what he’s using in some songs- a Big Muff or the Tube Driver he has set to high gain levels. Can’t wait for the full review!
yeah I'm still in Rome, I'll be back home in a few days and start working on the video.
GOAT.
I saw PF in Rome in 1994
Sheesh, that must’ve been something
@@mustyguitar I saw the 1988 world tour by PF , twice. This is not up to the same standard.
I think people are getting a bit bent up over the wrong things. Yes David is a certified God of the guitar and has written and performed some of the most influential pieces of music ever, but he is not immortal, no one expects him to be. No one is having a dig when they point out their guitar hero is on the downhill, its a part of life and we are lucky to see him age unlike with Hendrix. It is okay to talk about these things and bring them to light (with respect). David knows he's no spring chicken guys XD.
that's exactly how I feel.
Seeing the red strat after all these years is definitely unexpected! Do you reckon its a replica/another model? Also, bit of a bummer he didn't use it for sorrow!
Well he did sell the old one, so.......
@@dennisneo1608 Yeahh, guessing a copy then, still, cool to see him playing one!
he did sell his main red strat but this is the "backup" guitar from 1990s. he never sold that
That's the #2 red Strat, that use to belong to Mick Ralphs, which David/Phil bought as a backup for the #1 red Strat on the Division Bell Tour. Also an 1983 87' Reissue
The original #1 red Strat was sold at the auction
Hey @MustyGuitar I just got a Boss BF2 flanger and put it with my Boss DS1
My settings gets rather close to David tone
It there a way I can share it with you.
Looks like a great concert! Would have loved to be there and on my birthday.
How did you get such great audio?
iPhone does it well I guess, glad you enjoyed it and happy birthday man!
5:60 granpa dont be pressure, you are the one!
Nice bro
Greetz!!!!
Sad they do not use Mr. Screen for this tour, indeed. Mr. Screen is irreplacable to my opinion. And a stage is much smaller comparing with “Rattle that Lock” Rome stage, isn’t it? Actually a height of the stage is nearly the same, but the usage is only half of it. Anyway, lightning and sound production is flawless!
His 78 yo ears are different now than yours and his was at your age
You got him nailed about as good as I’ve heard though although your phrasing as close as it is is not always on par with his
Well he wrote the story
You are telling it and interpreting with not only talent but your voice as well
You are both great !
However, Gilmour is unique
And I don’t have to tell you that having played these songs thousands of times they become repetitive and only when inspiration strikes him don’t have those explosions of uniquely beautiful perfection
Take Pompeii for example the venue, the night, the single experience the vibes the city the memories all this combined to create inspiration and make, in my opinion one if not the best performance of his life
There was the young Gilmour, the middle aged Gilmour and now the elder Gilmour
And like a fine instrument that may sound a little raspy it’s grown and matured perfectly into itself
I wish you peace ✌️
grazie di esistere David n 1 x sempre le sue note sono cibo x la nostra anima.. o mi sbaglio
Assuming that you are still playing... will see how you do!!! 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸 🎸
hope I can and hope you can see. not promising anything
Great video your lucky to see him live and front row. But l have a weird question if David Gilmour says he done with pink floyd then why did he played pink floyd songs. Anyways he's a legendary guitar player and plus l would sell my arm and a leg to see him live.
That's a VERY complicated question in which one could write many paragraphs trying to describe/answer. You have to begin with why David even continued Pink Floyd in the late 80's, and well, It certainly had its share to do with marketing and exposure post Waters. But to keep it brief, and answer your question as to the here and now... he has enough solo material to do an entire show (and I, for one, would be absolutely fine with that), but many Pink Floyd fans attending want and EXPECT to hear those songs. And as well, many songs released under the Floyd brand were very much David's solo stuff to begin with. Most notably, Comfortably Numb.
I saw pink Floyd at Earls Court in 1994 and david at Albert Hall in 2015, really sad I didn't buy ticket for Pompei 2016. Unfortunately his playing isn't upto 1994 standard but not bad for a 78 year old.
row 47 , brilliant
Also hes not using his OG strat hes using a remake. Doubt the pickups are the same Im sure that led to some tone differences. Also I am not sure why he wasnt using his red strat for certain songs that he used the red strat on..
Love Gilmour. Definitely lost his fastball.
It's OK. We all will - at least, those who ever had one.
swaggy
He butchered up in any tounge in the beginning! lol. The face he made was awesome! Sounded like me trying to figure out that solo before MustyGuitar!
El primer solo de confortably numb sonó mejor que en casi todos los vivos que escuché jaja
These are more than likely his last big shows. I doubt he does this again...folks need to realize that his latest music is about mortality.
Good chance he's saying goodbye. Enjoy it!
100% agree. If I wanted a perfect rendition of PF songs, I'd watch this guy @MustyGuitar on UA-cam 😆
He's struggling, but it looks more like he's out of practice/shape, than being an age problem. Look at Buddy Guy and Jeff Beck, they got BETTER with age.
Beck always sounded like he hit every bum note there was…… like listening to Les Dawson playing piano
Not sure how you felt about the comfortably numb outro solo, but im not a fan of any of his live comfortably numb solos. I love the studio outro solo. Its the reason i bought a guitar and started playing. but his live verisons arent it. his sorrow live solos are amazing
first time of a PRS guitar on a "pink floyd" stage I guess. kind of weird.
Red Strat: I was wondering if you know "which" red strat it is? David sold is guitars a few years ago. In December of 2022 I visited the Pink Floyd exhibition in Montreal.
There was a black strat on display but the label read "replica". However there was a red strat in a single display and the label read "spare guitar". I assume it was a spare bought at a similar time than the main red.
I wonder if the red strat he is playing is a custom shop replica or the spare I saw in Montreal?
I got my picture taken next to it just in case.
the red strat is the backup red strat from 90s. he didn't sell that
Yes that's the #2 backup red strat, that was also at the exhibition at some point after the #1 red strat went to Christies for the auction
11:16 Haha: the security guy in the left corner of the screen's like: 'I don't remember it's supposed to be like that!' LOL Having said that, I don't think it's a bad performance of the CN solo, but it also wasn't great
haha!
@@mustyguitar LOL. Because of your reaction, I listened to it again at that point and you know what? I think he broke his high E string right there! :O It sounds like it at least. Maybe that's the reason for him f-ing up a bit here and there after that point... I don't see a string hanging from his guitar, but it's the thinnest string and... just look at those lights going on, haha. :P
Oh wow, he didn't! :O I can clearly see all 6 strings perfectly aligned at 11:56. ;)
Didn't he play High Hopes? He did on the 29th. Cried like a baby, or am retared not finding it in your video?
He did play it of course. I didn’t include a few songs here. But I couldn’t shoot a good video of him during the solo
@@mustyguitar Got it! Love your enthusiasm and expertise on Gilmour and his unique playing style, you are quite impressive yourself. Actually looked for you in the crowds on the 29th. One of the highlights of my life to see the old master in real life, even though he might have past his prime. Wondeful night, except for the beer and merch service. Take care, look forward to your coming videos!
I wonder if fixing David’s strap falls under Phil’s job description.
Phil was really not giving a F about anything else other than his job. I tried to talk to him but nada. No one at the stage answers to anything.
@@mustyguitar that sucks. Be happy you went, I’m jealous. Haven’t seen DG IN over two decades.
Just curious - did he have an intermission? Because he might benefit a fair bit from having one. I assume Comfortably Numb was towards the end, and I imagine that he has to be careful not to let his hands start cramping at his age. I also imagine there might be better and worse days with that. Or, he might just be in need of rebuilding that kind of live playing stamina.
And, playing live, there are always going to be better and worse nights in general. It's hard to tell on just a phone recording whether the sound was good at the venue or not, but I was also looking to see if he was wearing anything in his ear, and I don't see anything there. If he's trying to just play by ear, off the stage sound, at his age, I think he needs to give himself a break a bit. That said, when he's playing the same place a few times in a row, he might get more used to the venue's sound.

@@mustyguitar Maybe taking five minutes there, and bumping that first intermission to a half hour might improve the end of the show.
Thanks for sharing! Quite the experience to see the legend live. Gilmour is my musical hero but it’s evident from these initial shows that his playing and singing have significantly declined. Nevertheless I’d love to see him again. Saw him live in Chicago in 2016 and he performed impeccably well. I suppose it’s unrealistic to expect him to play at high level at 78. At least he isn’t lip synching like so many other older musicians like Waters.
yeah someone from Patreon said Roger was lip synching. I am a HUUUUUGE Roger fan. he is a visionary in my eyes but that lip sync thing really bummed me out. I didn't know that.
Front row is that far from the stage?
Yeah
Remember he is an old man.
Sounds like a high school cover band
Gilmour is not playing for people to enjoy. If people enjoy it, great, good for them but that is not the reason he’s hauling that gear about.
that's exactly true. I agree %110. That's how it should always be.
He is still amazing most of the time, but he is reaching the end of his active career. His playing style is very physically demanding for his fingers and all that hard bending while managing to stay in in tune is getting difficult for him. But there are still large parts where he plays flawlessly.
