Up until last year I was every day suit and tie at work for over 20 yrs and Cole Haan were the only dress shoes I owned. Good quality and about as comfortable as leather shoes and soles could get. I had a pair of black moc toe oxfords I finally had to throw away because I had them resoled so many times the uppers couldn't stay together any more because of all the stitching they endured. I want to say maybe seven times? Of the 4 pair I have now I think the newest is 5 yrs old? I have never tried these shoes but am looking forward to doing so. If they are half as good as their more formal cousins then they are a great investment.
@@lifeinmyshoesreviewsandsuch do you end up finding a pair of minimalist sneakers you like? I don't feel like spending 400usd for some common projects or whatever they're called
Just copped this one today. Surprisingly light and comfy. I am size 10.5 on a regular Men's US basketball shoe. But on this one, I went down to 9US. Similar with my Converse Chucks. I guess sneaker sizes are a bit smaller. Thanks for this vid anyway.
@@morhelmSame I was wearing no shows I took two steps and I had to have them so I bought them I never spend money on myself but it was a guilty pleasure, these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and the smoothest leather I've ever felt including the soul on the outside feels like Silk I believe they will be easy to clean as well, but I just bought mine yesterday and they're not exactly like the one in the video mine are pure white it look like they've been dipped in a can of white paint so clean
If you are patient and know what you are looking for, you could find some better discounts on ebay. The model doesn't add anything beyond traditional stack height.

Any update on durability and wear? Did you like them? Would you buy them again?
They've held up fine, but they are not in my regular rotation.
For me, they are too tight across the toes. I would not purchase these shoes again.

@VGMO17 I much prefer the Cole Haan - Grand Crosscourt Turf Shoe. But I am still on the hunt for a decent simple, comfortable and roomy white sneaker.
I have the Grand Crosscourt II but they kill the back of my ankle. I’m thinking of these GrandPro or the Grand Jensen. Trying to see what’s best

Yes, they are really light. Surprisingly, because of the narrow toe box, I felt they ran small.
Might be just me...but these are uncomfortably tight across the toes, which could be eased by sizing up 1/2 a size
3rd 1000 view video...Thanks Everyone!
Anybody looking at these shoes just buy them you won't regret them
Thanks for 100 likes!
I´ve heard they run 1 size bigger. My size is 10.5 should I stay with that one or buy a 10?
Personally I didn't think they ran big. For me they were true to size or slightly small.
I was wearing a no-show sock when I tried a 10. Ended up buying a 9.5.
I wear a size 11 and 11 and a half I had to get a size 10

Two questions. Are there better discounts for Cole Haan, than on Amazon and 6pm? Does this model gain some height?

How does this shoe fit? I have a wider forefoot.
My experience is that they fit tight in the toebox.
Hi! Do you know how to clean the exterior of these shoes?
No, I've not worn them enough to need cleaning.
I will try a Mr Clean Magic Eraser and be very gentle @@lifeinmyshoesreviewsandsuch
Are the true leather? On their site it looks synthetic?
Base on the vid, it’s durability is okay? Correct? 🧐🤓
Cole Haan's site says "Burnished, hand-stained leather."
Durability is fine...so far, no issues.
