Yes this version is"Kua rongo ake au" which most New Zealanders are familiar with. However Ngapo Wehi created a version for an Amercian college choir which I think was first performed in 1999 that most American choirs are familiar with. That version is called "Kua rongo mai koe".
@Kneecapper10 Having all the spectators actually vote and then counting them all up would be a hugely complicated thing... But who else do you suppose had a performance with this much energy? Do you have another in mind specifically? I know Slovenia had a pretty amazing folk song.
