I have very long hair too. I tie my hair into a bun on top of my head when I bathe. Even a thin scrunchie works because wrapping that much hair over and over into a bun creates the structure you need anyway. The scrunchie then becomes like a string to keep it in place. No need for annoying claw clips that hair slides through.

Subbugaru Please don't take it as advice, just a suggestion. Please check the brand while taking medicnes, make sure it is Cipla, Ranbaxy, GSK or Pfizer not the local ones. Why I am telling cuz it may have side effects
