Great clip! Thank you for sharing. Undoubtedly one of the funniest people of all time. Gone, but never forgotten. Rest in peace Norm. We love you and always will.
thank you so much for posting this. my heart kind of leaped over how sincere and genuine Norm is. natural way with words as he saw things. really enjoy listening to his experiences.
Ive seen every talkshow apprearance of his at least 2-3 times. And a large majority of his work. Never cried at his death. I wonder why. Maybe it's hard to relate to him? He was so larger than life in a way. Sure he was very down to earth...but so profound and downright hilarious. He had so many qualities of a man I'd like to be. So deep and thoughtful with a real genuine edge. I think he did encounter evil as a boy. That would maybe explain his "dark" side as he wasnt afraid to fight or piss ppl off in many cases. He also seemed to take a major liking to fellas with a "dark" past, i.e Adam Eget and Billy Jo Shaver. Norm was one of a kind. One thing he seemed to be wrong about was his beliefs about God. I think he eventually decided Christianity was the truth and for his sake I hope that's the case. Someone so loving and beautiful deserves to be in Heaven with God...not getting raped by the Devil for all of time. Let his memory inspire us to be better tomorrow than we were today...and to love our families as much as he loved his.
Very fast! Funny how it's not understandable to young people, too. Oh well. What's a couple more decades of various states of emergency, right? Couple more years of lockdowns, couple more years of censorship, couple more years of tax money redistribution into the right kinds of pockets... Best to let the decades whizz by, we can make up for it all, later... 🤦♀ #MaximumInsanity, #MaskedTyranny, #LifeRobbery
Yupp, he's gone, and they're still making viruses. Anyway, bless you & #rip Norm. 🖤 Bonus Joke: So basically, some ways of murder are still legal in the state of California.
Sad to see this brilliant comedian go. Dick Holler sent me his book. "Based on a True Story". It was like Jack Kerouac filtered through Norm. The underworld of professional comedy.... A great read. Also a bit like "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" in that you do not know if the narrator is f***ing with you ha ha....He will be missed!
I wish that this book was given a full audiobook only 5 guys are qualified for it Conan o'Brien, Andy Richter, Dennis Miller, Artie Lange, and David Letterman
Norm actually narrates the audiobook and it's incredible to hear him read it. He was gifted in so many ways and this clip perfectly highlights his incredible writing skills and his ability to engage and connect with the audience and more importantly people in general.
I wish he would’ve written more books. This was really nice. Fun and light but also very deep.

I miss him too. He seemed like such a genuine, intelligent, self-aware guy

Everyone laughing their asses off at points. Not a funny chapter, he said.

A tasteful way to remember him. Truly a comedians comedian.
It really sucks that he's gone.

He wasn't Jamaican, but apart from that you're not wrong.

Don't forget the Eegrits guy.
Anyway, Adam something.
I love Norm because he reflected all emotions and I can relate to that. Although he did get a little preachy sometimes 😂
