Such an intelligent, respectful, well spoken man. He took this project on with so much grace and care. He should be proud of himself. We see and hear you Justin!
I think the same thing. it’s like every interview I’ve seen with Justin, it’s all about the trauma that the three main characters have gone through. the message of the film to bring hope and healing and conversation about trauma and abuse. But with Blake and a lot of the others it’s about the music and the clothing which is weird .
Some DV survivors ( unfortunately not all affected by DV survive and we must remember that) will not be able to watch what they have experienced, on a Big screen. Still I appreciate that awareness of DV is taken seriously in this movie and by Justin as the director. Hopefully, that awareness can bring help to the women and men who need it most! If you experience, hear or see abuse of any kind Please be brave and get help!
Justin is so respectful and conscious of his responsibilities and the impact of the plot on audiences. Such a class act!

It is a shame that Justin is the sole cast member speaking about the actual message of the film.
Brandon did so in one interview.

He did his best and it shows through his warmth and sincerity ♡💛
This is one wise man with a clear vision of how to send the true and main message of the book through the camera lens to the audience. Kudos!
This is definitely not about flowers and a love story, it’s way more than that. Thanks Justin for bringing this story to life and bringing awareness.
I appreciate his approach and consideration for he movie and DV!
Justin, honestly seems like someone that walks to talk.
He's so great
