Historic Graves traction Elevator in Rochester, NY

Another Amazing find! Still in working condition, has a larger compensating sheave thus a single one is needed. I knew of a 2:1 roped freight elevator in the old Kress store in the Bay Area bi parting doors on the interior landings, wood gate exterior loading area. Installed during the 1930's. Building is still there, is an historic landmark. Elevator was taken out over 20 yrs ago.
