You, your family and Rafael were the perfect hosts and your speakers were informative and really fun to see in person. Yay! So glad I made the trip up from Long Beach, CA.

Dude, Rafael is the man! Just listen to his lazy California speak. He is authentic, native California. If you are in Janey's Zone 9B as I am (Martinez, CA), someone like Rafael (not to mention Janey) is a valuable resource. Thank you, Janey! In Martinez (County seat) we have so much CC (Conservation Corp = Roosevelt = 1930's depression) sidewalk marks - I am encouraged to advocate to town/county government to use this in our hardscape/gardening. Gardening is so much than simple plants (but is almost always begins with this). It is part of our identity, as important as any part of any cultural-identity. Janey, this is the second time I've seen you say "why don't I know this" within a few videos ( the first was why we call poppies "poppies"). Pope John Paul II - OMG, you so sold it, I think I'll tear out my two white roses to plant these! Rosemary hedges! Janey, you are a plant-goddess, but Rafael is the level beyond us - thank you for presenting / introducing him!

And the way they make it accessible and available for couples on their special days and gatherings and events - just wonderful - everything a garden should be! This is wonderful! Thank you for sharing. Just wanted to tell you to watch the Maple Walk garden tour Jim Putnam did in Charlotte. You will love it, especially the star Jasmine covering a tall tree. and the bunny hutch. Amazing garden planted by a local couple and open to the public. I am going soon I hope!
That sunken garden is perfection!
Curly willow is gorgeous, but it grows super fast and is a weak tree here. So easy to propagate, just cut off some branches and put in a pail of water and BAM within a month it has roots ( Ont. 🇨🇦 )
OMG I am so excited that Rafael will be selling plants in the little shop at Park Winters!! I love the rosemary hedges and need to find out what variety is best for hedges!! Rafael and Janey - thank you so much for this experience!!

Man I wish I lived nearby! However, Georgia is a long ride to California! This garden and nursery are awesome! So beautiful! I love the store with the dried flowers!
