What is love ? In addition to being a participatory emotion, love is also about sacrifice. Love has nothing to do with the lust of the flesh or the lust of this world. Lustfulness for money and materialistic things, power, prestige, fame etc...

i would say that one’s lust/desire for something as safe and revered as love leaves them more alone than ever. indeed, that desire is dangerous
