That is such exciting news Leanne! And huge congratulations on 10k but no surprise … your positivity and genuine nature really are a lovely underpinning for the content both knitting and travel! Best wishes on your training!

Congratulations Leanne! So so exciting for you. I'm dreaming of all the new places and yarn stores we are going to see and hear about over the pond. Can't wait 🫶
Congratulations Leanne ! What a very good news ! Seems like 50 is a new beginning. You will come in Europe, our old continent, and hope you will enjoy your next trips !
I live in London and The Knit Stitch is my LYS! I remember telling Suzanne about your podcast months ago and how much I enjoyed your content and your personality. I'm so glad you were able to visit despite your transit challenges. And a huge congratulations on 10k and your future adventures! Like many others, I'm not surprised. Thank you for bringing beautiful, authentic, real life perspective to the making community❤
That certainly is exciting news. It will be so fun to watch you explore new venues! Can't wait to see what you do with them and the wonderful yarns that you will find. Not good news for your Ball Busting enterprise though.
Finished the Green Apple Tee designed by Ketja Keyler. Sadly, I am totally allergic to PURL Soho Linen Quill. I highly recommend the pattern. Top-down, raglan sleeves, and she included the ribbing on the sleeves before knitting the body. Someone is going to receive a beautiful tee shirt in the color Mountain Bluebird. I really enjoy your podcast. You are a heartfelt chica.
Thx for a marvelous experience traveling thru you and your knitting 🧶 stew!! All of your works were fabulous, but you make them special thru gently teaching your experience. Love the Taffy Shawl, gotta make it 2. Best wishes on studying for future endeavors. ❤
Leanne, thanks for another wonderful podcast. I love learning all about Canada. As a child growing up in Virginia, we never learned much about the rest of the world, our loss. I have to agree with you about single skein yarns. I too bought a lot and am trying to use them up. In some cases I have to purchase more if I want to make a garment. I'm going to try making mitts this year with 2 patterns. Paca fingerless mittens (free) and Split Decision Mitts. Have also been loosely following Stephen West's Garter Swish pattern, using yarns I'm not particularly fond of and/or old miniskeins. Congrats on your new adventure. Chris
So exciting to go International! I’ve been here since the beginning with you and love seeing all the cities and learning more about them. Think how cool it would be to see the world through yarn?! Congratulations on 10k subscribers. :D
I think this was my favourite podcast to date, I love in Leeds in the Uk and you also mentioned a place called Wortley, which is also a place in Leeds where I grew up!
Hey Leanne! Super congrats on ur 10k subs! 🎊 🎉 💃🏼 (impromptu dance party) I had no clue London was so big, and oh man, that church was gorgeous! Love that u get a chance to pond hop as well! That cumulus is to die for! So freakin good!
Congratulations on reaching 10K! Your my favourite podcast to watch. I just finished the Twist Loop Top. It’s a nice summer tank with a simple cable pattern in the front. I’m still trying to bust my balls and looking for more summer items for all my single or two skeins. I can’t do a sweater right now although your Humulous looks amazing. My sister had breast cancer and I knitted her a few knitted knockers. Good for you to be donating yours. Good luck with your job training. Very exciting for your career.
Congratulations on reaching 10k and also on the new adventure as a "cross the pond knitty stew" :). I always find inspiration in the knits you do, so just thought to share what's on my needles now (who knows might end up in your favorites too ). I am currently knitting on Kentia Tee by Marie Amelie Design, with some mods, and a Musselbroug hat. And dreaming to cast on Proserpina by Emma Butram. All the best in your ventures in Europe.
So many congratulations! Absolutely thrilled for you and all the new adventures to come. Sorry that you had a less than stellar experience with our LTC. It could use some improvements but glad you got around alright and were able to visit Knit Stitch. Possibly the cutest shop around!

Congratulations on getting to fly international, I have an aunt who is a stewardess and she absolutely loves flying international. I believe she said Ireland and England are a few of her favorite places. Can’t wait for your future international podcasts.
Thank you for making and donating the Knitty Knockers. I had made a pair for myself and another pair for a friend because the silicone ones are heavy and make you sweat. I was living in Mexico at the time. The government does not provide prostheses for women who have had mastectomies. I got my knitting group to make some for those women. Both the makers and the recipients were thrilled with the results.

Hello Leanne. Everything about this video was incredible. Your Taffy Waves shawl looks amazing...like yummy metropolitan ice cream! The knitted knockers are so cool. I may have to knit some.
Oooooo, if you fly to Dublin it would be fantastic if maybe we could do a wee meet-up with Sam & Áine! She & I are both in the west, but Dublin is just a few hours away. And if you ever fly into Shannon, that’s only about half an hour from my place 😄 Congratulations on 10,000 subscribers, too! 🤗✨
Wow! Massive congratulations on the new phase of your career and the podcast milestone! I am based in Germany and can highly recommend the cities here for a stopover (with yarn shop recommendations...) So much love to you! x x x x
Congratulation on your 10K Leanne. You are an amazing person and your podcast radiates the real you. Excited for you and wishing you the very best on all your international travels.

Omggggg I am so excited for you!!!! The adventures await!!! Congratulations on such a milestone!!! Love your knitting projects!!! You always make me smile❤
Congratulations on 10K subscribers. There's no surprise why your podcast is growing: you are positive, enthusiastic, and very giving to the knitting community with your knowledge, information and time. I was smiling when you were telling your Big Reveal...your happiness about switching to long haul flights really showed. BTW, you asked what we're knitting...I am finishing the EZ 100th Anniversary PI Shawl: Camping (half circle version). Before returning to Canada from Germany in 2015, I started the shawl, and with life, job, family, the knitting was left unfinished, until the end of May (this year). I realized I only had 63 rows to finish, so I am working on the EZ PI Shawl, and hope to have it finished before 1 July. Enjoy your day.
Wow, that'so exciting! I can't wait to follow along on your new adventure. Congratulations on 10,000 subscribers. Truly deserving. Until next time happy knitting and safe travels. Following from Miramichi, NB 🧶🛩💕

TAAT-TU??? Yay! You dove right in! 🤩 Ladder back jacquard - Bravo! On sweaters, it really helps minimize getting fingers and rings caught. Wonderful sweater🥰 Best wishes for your training. I hope it all lines up for you, Leanne; your heart must be jumping!! Your calm demeanor must be such an asset in your profession, right? Trust, my dear.😁
Congrats on hitting 10K! I'm an odd duck I'm sure. Based out of YYZ, I've been to London, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, etc. What I haven't seen are lesser known places like Comox, Saskatoon, London ON :D Looking forward to your new adventures and hoping you keep showing our amazing country!

Congratulations on your 10K and your upcoming changes in work. Maybe you'll be flying on Rotterdam, the Netherlands too some time. That's where I live. You asked about summer knits. I just finished my Ankers' summer shirt and cast on the Ellie summer top. All in cotton. I really love your Humulus sweater!
Oh my gosh, all the things!! Thrilled you hit 10K subscribers, totally not surprised one bit. International flights….how exciting!! Think of allllllllllllllll the yarny possibilities!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations on your 10k subscribers. Always good to learn new things, keeps knitting interesting and fun. I'm knitting a Fosette from Knitty McPurly, Devin . Good luck with your training. Great podcast
Great episode✨ I love how you spread joy with it. And congrats! I love love the chatting, just like with „finish knitting stories“. I mostly fast forward the acquisitions on any podcast, they are to abstract for me. I like to hear and see about the real experience of knitting and the amendments, this way I might avoid some errors. And see how a pattern looks in different yarn. Souvenir: I had once planed to go to Isla mujeres in 1979! My very first vacation after one whole year working/training for Swissair. but we never got there: the flights were overbooked and we were standby. So we changed our plans, left Mexico and visited Boston and Quebec. Thanks for activating these almost forgotten fun souvenir! Looking forward to hear and see your future adventures on the wide body…. ❤🇨🇭🧑🏻🦰
Thank you Patricia! It was Jana who inspired me to do the chatting at the end as I really enjoy podcasts that have that. That’s too bad you didn’t get to see Isla Mujeres!
I love the shawl you are wearing, and I want to cast on right now....but , alas, I have four going right now.. the Harmonious shawl and a Long. cardigan in cashmere for my daughter, a shift shawl called Palette , and a wool shorty raglan sweater , also for my daughter... yes! In the summer, making a wool sweater 😂 haha . look forward to your episodes . ❤ I need to renew my enhanced license so I can visit Vancouver Island and Halifax . C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S ! ! 10K. My ancestors are from Edinburgh... how exciting for you ! A lot of NEW things for you WOW ! Happy for you Leanne . Be well and safe 🎉
Woohoo Leanne! Wide-body here you come! Love love love to fly anywhere and I can’t wait to visit Europe and the UK and Japan with you! Your kind spirit would make anyone’s long trip a delight. And congrats on the milestone, that’s another 10,000 happy people’s👏👏♥️

London, Ont. I lived there for many years!!! Wonder what it looks like now?
Hello Leanne. Everything about this video was incredible. Your Taffy Waves shawl looks amazing...like yummy metropolitan ice cream! The knitted knockers are so cool. I may have to knit some.
Thank you so much Roshelle!! 💜💜💜
Oh my gosh all 4 of us in DUB! That would be a dream!

Thank you Kim! Not the least of which is having such a support bunch of knitting friends (Posse) to come along!
Thank you so much Jacqueline! Your EZ Pi Shawl is going to be fabulous!
Congrats! You deserve a little enjoyable excitement in life and I can’t wait to see you in London, UK!
Thank you so much Maureen!! I can’t wait!!
Wow, that'so exciting! I can't wait to follow along on your new adventure. Congratulations on 10,000 subscribers. Truly deserving. Until next time happy knitting and safe travels. Following from Miramichi, NB 🧶🛩💕

Thank you so much!! Let me know if you enjoy your thimble!
TAAT-TU???
Yes! Thank you so much… at this rate I’ll be trying Brioche (another technique I’ve never tried!)
Congrats on hitting 10K! I'm an odd duck I'm sure. Based out of YYZ, I've been to London, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, etc. What I haven't seen are lesser known places like Comox, Saskatoon, London ON :D
Looking forward to your new adventures and hoping you keep showing our amazing country!
No worries there! You can bank in that Florence… many more places for me to explore in Canada 🍁

You asked about summer knits. I just finished my Ankers' summer shirt and cast on the Ellie summer top. All in cotton.
I really love your Humulus sweater!
Thank you! I want to knit more summer tops, but the Humulus just jumped on my needles.
Oh my gosh, all the things!! Thrilled you hit 10K subscribers, totally not surprised one bit.
International flights….how exciting!! Think of allllllllllllllll the yarny possibilities!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck with your training.
Great podcast
Thank you so much! You are the second one to mention this lovely top! Added to favourites ❤️❤️
Hi Leanne, A BIG CONGRATULATIONS!!! On your YT milestone and work training. Thank you for your podcast. All the best! Sheila
Thank you so much Sheila!
Wonderful! Lovely knits! Your daughter is so lucky!

Knitty Stew International! That's very exciting news, Leanne! Imagine how quickly you'll double your 10K subs as you dash about Europe! (No surprise that you hit that number relatively quickly; you attract people.
I love your Humulus! I've had that pattern in my faves for some time, so I can't wait to see how yours turns out.
Thank you so much Wendy! I am a bit shocked I’m making the Humulus in acrylic but it’s just a gorgeous pattern I don’t think one can go wrong
I’m taking a raglan sweater class at my LYS and enjoying working with a lovely cotton soybean fiber blend sport weight yarn. Love your shawl!! Thanks the yarn store tour. The cathedral was gorgeous!! Congratulations on 10K!!! That’s quite an accomplishment !!! The international possibility sounds amazing!!! Take care!
