Does it contain classified info, such as Paul was really Bob Dole, or Ringo Yasser Arafat? Perhaps one gets leprosy if exposed to Let It Be footage. Please explain.
Marty Howe Pretty sure it's because McCartney got the rights back to Beatles music and is a multi millionaire stingy prick that won't share it anymore.
actually it is because it was filmed when the group was going through the events that led to their break up, and thus a period of time that brought back painful memories, not just for Paul, but all involved including the three other Beatles. All of them agreed to pull it and not reissue it.
knutz7 you obviously do not know much about sales in the music biz. The Beatles albums remain even today the best selling back catalog albums in the world. always have been. UMG the current owners clearly know how to sell it and maximise the return on their investment as did previous owners.

@BrettB InTexas I would guess that Sony Music Entertainment (who now owns 100% of the Beatles catalog), had it removed or blocked as they have most other Beatles videos / songs. Not clear which owns the "video" publishing rights, though.
