Sunrise dont forget to add some drainage in front the bamboo fence. U most be prepared for the worst rain fall just in case. The slope of the yard sends all rain to the bamboo fence. Drenching in front the fence on the two sides and in front the gate is a muss. Respectfully.

Yeah Jason, the bamboo fence coming along nice. The air bnb gonna be nice. The only thing when you on the roof, the view is nice but there is a big tree right in middle that blocks the whole view. Maybe you can trim the top of the tree to get a full view.

Hey Bossman, that is going to take a long time to get the place level off as it's just one man doing the job. If you had a jack hammer it would be quicker as looking at it from angle it's a lot of filling to bring it up to the level you want. Good luck.

Sunrise Boss, it is a good look. However, I believe a lower fence and one with spaces between the bamboos would give a better breeze circulation and allow people to see the beauty beyond the fence. Also, for a more 'Ital look', varnishing the bamboo and paint the horizontal boards and posts in the flag colours would be a nice touch. I know you will be getting nuff suggestions but 'ah-so de ting go'
