  • With the rap game on the verge of a new era of different styles of hip hop, people look for the real essence of it. That’s where hip hop artist Shame Gang (‪@iamshamegang‬) comes in, with his captivating sound, creative lyrics and deep story telling he is able to give art of true hip hop music hope.
    Shame Gang’s first officially distributed album was 2018’s Genesis 98’ was - strong enough to get him into the right conversations, propelling a few tour runs and ultimately landing him an opening spot for Wu-Tang Clan at their wildly anticipated reunion tour stop at Red Hat Amphitheater. Now, on Shame Gang’s new album No Safe Havens he dabbles in gritty Memphis trap beats in the song “Nike,” but still maintains authority as a boom bap spitter in “HFM,” which features Torae.
