maybe they can add (with their own unique skin and abilities), there units below,
either
as cards unique HC cards, (which locked in card, but make up in numbers, so increase in stratergic & tactical usage)
or Consulate unit cards for allies and vassals, (Also limit in number)
or unique British Revolution called Victorian Era,with other buffs? (MAYBE)
like British Revolt > Industrial Revolution > Victorian Era?
which is more akin to the French Revolt > Revolutionary French > Napoleonic French?
