Face wash
Best Natural looking liquid foundation makeup please!! Thank YOU Brittany 🙏💞💞
best eyeliner??
Best liquid foundation for older women
Brittany, with summer travel coming up to destinations that require a ton of walking, I would love it if you could test walking shoes. It needs to be functional, comfortable, supportive, and versatile in that it looks good with jeans, pants, skirts, shorts, and dresses 😃.
And walking sandals!!
The problem is, you put it on in the morning and go all day to see what it looks like at the end, but you are suppose to reapply every 2 hours to actually have consistent sun protection
THIS VIDEO IS GOLDDDD BRITTANY! This is what I love to see 🥇
I love my la Roche posay one, I use it everyday! I’m curious about the supergoop ones too though
@@BC-ew9bp do you use the mineral one?
Re your mixing SPF with foundation. DON’T do this-it degrades the efficacy of the SPF. Any dermatologist will tell you this! I learned the hard way (more sun damage).Maybe do your UV dot test one with the full SPF and one with the mixture and note difference.
None of that matters when she’s only applying it to her face in the morning (like she did in this video) and not reapplying every 2 hours. She wasn’t protected for most of the day anyway.
Yes it states that you need to reapply every 2 hours - regardless of what the UV dot test suggests.
@@teeeff8337 True, if you're not reapplying, it doesn't matter. However, the downside is those who are watching her YT videos will think it's ok to mix/dilute SPF with foundation or moisturizer when it's not. So while shes not protected, others will take her lead and do the same.
My derm says that it depends on the order of the products. Sunscreen should be last step of skincare before makeup. Chemical sunscreen also sinks into skin while mineral sits on top. She says to use plenty of sunscreen and let it set. Reapply sunscreen throughout the day.
Just as a heads up, you should never mix your spf with anything. It breaks down the minerals in the spf and your skin is then unable to absorb the sunscreen. Learned this from multiple dermatologists
Does this count for tinted spf? Like are the tinted spf’s pointless ..?
ahhh ok so that's why it's best to get it premade and tested. It did pass the UV test but better to be safe than sorry
Minerals used for sunscreen protection sit on TOP of your skin and create a barrier that reflects or absorbs UV light, preventing it from reaching your skin. They are transition metals. They do not get absorbed into your skin like chemical sunscreens.
I mix it with a chemical sunscreen. Is that ok?
If I put sunscreen first then I put foundation is that ok?
Australian Gold Botanical Tinted Face Sunscreen SPF 50 is my holy grail!! Absolutely magical for anyone with super oily skin ❤
Anything for dry but your skin or maybe combo skin? Looking for a mineral that doesn’t leave a white cast on yellow tone skin
@@IVvOOvVI I've heard of folks with dry skin that can use it, but you just have to do the proper skin prep and moisturize first 👍
As an oily girl who lives in humid Florida, I've been using the Australian Gold for a few years now as my daily sunscreen and I absolutely love it!
I live in humid PA and have oily skin. this is my absolute favorite
I am extremely oily. Do you use the 50? Can you wear foundation over it?
It's magical ❤
Agree. AG is the best for oily skin and it lasts all day
@@krissy012p having used the Australian gold sunscreen before it’s a fairly thick mouse-like formula. I personally don’t think I would’ve liked the look of liquid foundation on top of the texture the sunscreen left. I don’t know if it’s just me but it definitely oxidized on my skin and is a solid medium coverage (you may not even need foundation on top of it, I always just spot concealed)
I love that you did this! I’d recommend against mixing sunscreen with a foundation. It disturbs the sunscreen’s formulation to provide an adequate film on the skin. Makeup sponges and brushes also soak up a lot of the product, so you’re not applying the full amount to get the spf labeled on the sunscreen 😔
Right, a more accurate test would be to apply the FDA recommended amount with hands
Tinted sunscreen is such a hard thing to figure out - thank you so much for doing this research for us!!❤️
I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE THIS VIDEO!!! I have been wanting to try tinted sunscreen for years now, but all the videos of "wear tests" have been heavily filtered and don't show me anything honest. And I can't afford to go out and buy 15 brands to try. Thank you so so much!! I am so excited for this series!!
Would love to see you find the best Lipstick 💄 is there one that isn’t too drying but lasts through eating/drinking without smearing everywhere?
I've been using La Roche Posay for a few years. It is AMAZING! Both in Tinted and Clear. The body one is really great too!
What about the mineral sunscreen do they have that that doesn’t leave white cast?
I am blown away by your commitment to these reviews - the time to test each and every product thoroughly, taking an entire day for each one! Very impressive.
I was so interested in your final verdict b/c I, too, have combo-to-oily skin. The Australian Gold is wonderful but even the lightest shade is too dark for me. The other ones are all too oily for me. The ONLY actual matte sunscreen I've been able to find is the Ulta Tinted SPF 30, that one I don't even have to powder and it stays looking great all day. I wish it had a higher SPF rating but it is what it is. The Misscha is wonderful but if you apply enough to actually get the SPF rating, you'll look like all heck with a whole lotta product on and that's never good. BTW, applying sunscreen with a sponge or a brush will never give you the SPF rating on the label. Don't depend on those methods - 2 finger lengths rubbed in is the amount recommended. Thank you for doing this comparison test Brittany - so we don't have to!!
Set it with a light dusting of a lighter colored powder to off set the color ❤
This was so well planned and organized, I love how scientific the test felt-- I am using your link to get some, thanks Brittany!
Brittany always giving us the content we didn’t know we needed! Girl love your comparison videos. Your Shark Vacuum recommendation has changed my life! So excited to order a new tinted sunscreen! Thank you ♥️
So thorough I love it. Sunscreen is so important this time of year.
Hallelujah! I’m overwhelmed at the number of them, and I’m sooo glad you did the hard work for me! Thank you!!!! Love this, btw.
So excited about this series!
I’m totally into this series!!
I love how you commit to everything you do! Thanks♥️
I'm sooo into this new series!!!!
I loved this video!!! It was so helpful. It can be overwhelming with so many options. ❤
Great vid & informative. Love how much you research stuff. Thank you Brittany!!
I’m confused why there would be retinol and sunscreen I thought you’re supposed to apply it at night only because you’re not supposed to go out in the sun seems counterproductive
I know ?
This is a cool series!! Please do a video testing body makeup.. like the stuff you put on your legs when wearing shorts.
LOVE THIS SERIES!!!!! maybe foundation next. You always looks so amazing.
I absolutely LOVED this video!!! It reminds me of your vacuum review!

Omg I waited for days for this! Thank you so much!
I will be going on a trip soon and this was the video I needed to see! Thank you for being so thorough!
This was a great, thorough review! I like how you reviewed the same type of product but different brands.
I loved this video, what a thorough way to test these products!
Hi, have used only the LaRoche-Posay for years, I also have oily skin, love it! Would love to see you test all kinds of mascaras, especially and/pr including drugstore, dept store, and especially waterproof ones, too. Thanks for the video! 😀
Thorough as always! Great video! I am interested in seeing you test sunless tanners. Thank you!
What a great idea and video!! Thank you!! 🙏🏼 🙌🏼
Such an awesome video concept!
Love this new series 😊
Found the La Roche Posey Anthelios Tinted Sunscreen for 26.19 at Walmart online right now (6.7.24) to be the cheapest!
I think it would be neat if you tested the best longwear liquid lipstick or eye shadow primer .
Great video! Comparison videos are super helpful. Love ya! Stay blessed!
I love these videos, thanx for all your hard work for this
Love this video! Would love to see more! As for suggestions as to what to test next, EVERYTHING! 😉
I love the idea of this series ❤❤❤
This is great! Love to see with the different shades and the efficacy of the dots!
This was awesome, I’ve been wanting to try a tinted sunscreen. Thanks for the hard work of testing them all 🥰
Always great to see a new video❤ I never wear sunscreen! I really need to shape up. This has been perfect timing. Thank you!
Thanks! Saving me a lot of time with this video! 💜
This was a great video! Very well investigated!! TY!!
Love your diy tests! ☀️
Purchased ✅😂 honestly, the amount of your recommended products that I have is so funny, but you never steer me wrong! 👏🏽❤️
OMG> Thank you so much for making this video. It is going to go viral.
Awesome video! Thanks Brit❤
I loved this video! You took one for the team sitting out there in the sun with uv dots on your legs! Thank you! ❤
I’ve been waiting for this video!
Cerave is my GOAT as a dry/normal girlie. Thx for doing this! ❤❤
Love the back design ! 🤩
I really needed this info! It was so good, I’ll try La Roche Posay this summer thank you thank you!
Thanks so much for doing this video. I will definitely be investing in some of your #1 suggestion before my vacation 😊
You’re so freaking cool I love your swatch test!!!
Awesome video! My absolute favorite is the Australian gold light. I have very oily skin and this one stays matte throughout the day. It's Completely waterproof. I have to use an oil cleanser to get it off at night. The sun protection is excellent. The price point is so helpful so that you don't go sparing and actually apply an adequate amount. I use powder foundation over it for extra coverage. It usually goes out of stock in the summer unfortunately. And it's definitely not light enough for fair skin.
Great video, Brittany, loved everything about how thoroughly well you investigated all these, I have no doubt there was a lot of time and effort put into that. Would love for you to investigate other similar things... like hair sprays, moose, dry shampoo's, body soaps or how to find the perfect perfume. Anyway, I enjoyed this so very much. Thank you!
Thank you!
This was very helpful 😊
This is the best tinted sunscreen review ever made 👏🏼
I love this series!! I have been using the CeraVe and loving it. I might try one of your other suggestions when mine runs out.
I just got La Roche posay tinted mineral sunscreen this week and I absolutely LOVE it!!
Thank you Brittany. I really enjoyed this testing of sunscreens. I have so many and I still fall back to the Elta MD 44 broad spectrum tinted face sunscreen. I also like the La Roche-Posay however it’s a little greasy for me. . 🤗❤
The La Roche Posey looks so good, however, I prefer a higher percentage of zinc in my sunscreens. I'm glad it passed your test. Great video!!!
This was an awesome video, Brittany! I found it very helpful! Since these were all sunscreens for the face, I am curious about sunscreen for the body (specifically non-chemical). I had melanoma recently, so it is something I am very interested in. Thank you! Great job, Brittany, as always!
I’ve been using Australian Gold for some time now and I love it. Glad you do too. ☀️
Great job love your enthusiasm
Wow! I just love love love your videos! thanks so much! I wear the double wear and I am going to try your mixture..
Loved this video! I have been trying to find a good tinted spf and this video helped so much. Definitely have a better idea of what to try. Going to start with the Australian Gold.
Thank you so much for this video Brittany! 🥰👍
The La Roche Posay has been my ride or die for a few years!! It's beautiful!!! Worth every penny!!
Thank you for doing this!!!!
I’m so glad you did this! I have been using Elta MD forever but I also have oily skin and the shine has been a pain. Just bought the LRP one you recommended! Thank you 🙏🏼
Excellent review! thank you
Love this video I’d love a video for heat protection products, or best conditioner I’m a frizz ball right now. I’d also love to see how you organize your kids toys
Thank you for this in-depth tinted sunscreen comparison!!! You read my mind and I’m going to have to try the La Roche-Posay one now, it’s been on my radar! 😊❤☀️👏🏼
It’s gorgggggg
I noticed that you are not using enough sunscreen to get the full SPF protection that is on the bottle. You need to use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of sunscreen on your face according to the American Academy of Dermatology.
Would’ve love to see the uv sticker experiment more closely. Seeing the result of each sunscreen by name.
Great video! Super helpful!
Hi Brittany
The only drawback of the LRP sunscreen is that it only contains titanium dioxide as a filter and titanium dioxide does not cover the full range of UVA unfortunately.
So one cannot rely on this sunscreen alone .
Thank you for the comparisons.
Great video, thanks for sharing! What shade do you wear in the Studio FX powder?
I know you said not to mind them but I love your long lashes!! It really makes your eyes pop 😍
Thank you for this!!!
Always hear good things about La Roche! Im intrigued
La Roche with the little ball inside you cannot beat it , amazing ❤..
yay I love SPFs!! Brittany you have to have to try K-beauty and J-beauty sunscreens once you do you wont be disappointed! There are so many good SPFs and I definitely love Colorscience and my k-beauty SPFs too.
I loved this! ❤️
I knew it!! LP is the one I am using and I am very happy with it! Especially since I have sensitive skin. 🙂
Loved this video!
What a great video! Thanks!
❤Thank you for this new series! I love it, you are the best Little sister with all the great tips. Keep 'em coming... Next try shampoo/conditioner, basic/nice dress, lotions, vitamins ohh, you know all the things that make the difference!❤ 😊
i’ve been using elta and it has worked great, but I’m curious to try the LaRoche Posay next time. Thank you 😊
Great video! I’m buying the La Roche Posay! I have used the Ella but it pilled and I usually use Cerave added to my foundation because there is no coverage although I do like it! ❤😊
