I was working at a McDonald's in St. Louis in the late 90's and they had me changing the trash cans in the lobby. While doing so I overhead a conversation between two women in line. One had asked what chicken mcnuggets were and the other was explaining them. They didn't have foreign accents or anything, they sounded local, somehow the woman had just never heard of chicken nuggets.
