Since I did this video almost 4 years ago I do things a bit differently. Some answers to questions you have asked. 600 denier polyester duck cloth, I sublimate it and I no longer cut the squares. I have since purchased a large laser and I now laser cut the squares 7.5" X 7.5" and then I sew at 6.25" squares. Total weight is 450 grams I do believe.

Northcoast Imprints where do you find the material cuz it’s gotta be polyester!?? All I’ve found is 100% cotton
