417BHP BMW 530D! 😈 BIG Turbo, Intercooler + Remap!

- We've had a few N57N BMW's but this is the first 530d we've had in for our 400+bhp package and it's an absolute monster 😈
With our GTD2873VR Hybrid Turbo, FMIC, Metering Valve upgrade, Custom ECU Tune and deletes, this 530d is running 417bhp and 650ft/lbs! Definitely a handful on the streets!

The 3 litre diesel from BMW is a brilliant engine, not surprised it's pushing out these numbers, still reliable and economical too
Brilliant engine?🤣🤣🤣 crankshaft bearings, pulley, chain, oil pump, highpresure pump, piezo,... big mistakes.
@Plesky No problems with mine tho and I've had 3 of them, this 1 at 190k, 300bhp and 50mpg
@@sammbaldwin6402 Okay, that's only good. I don't want to wish trouble on anyone. All these problems come at 300k km. Which is due to EURO5 emission standards. Carbonized engine intake, EGR valve, engine, DPF clogged,... etc,..

You guys did a lot of the N57 builds, great work. What about the new B57? With it be mostly the same as the N57?
Not had many in, however we did have a 530xd come in for a 2872 turbo that did just over 400 on stock fuel system
The n57 is poor compared to the b57

@@Slufnyt1 same applied to new bmw engines, anything new 6 cylinder tends to outperform the previous generation with same mods

My F11 535d (2014) is up to 433hp and 642lb/ ft (860Nm) on standard turbos (M50d fuel pump, M50d rail sensor, intercooler, downpipe) and on 245 rear tyres hooks up without much wheel spin even when wet - air suspension on back I think help, and I have Michelin Cross Climate 2 which are surprisingly capable of coping with this power. Ran out of time on dyno and heading back in January (tuner reckons might see above 450hp). Any more mods (hybrid turbos, possibly upgraded injectors) and I'd need valve springs

What is the cost of that package on the N57 Diesels as it's something I'm considering?
I’d be interested to know too. Also is there any limitations with an x-drive vehicle (F30) over rwd?
@@simonblades there are people with the 335d x drive in Europe running way over 500bhp and 1100nm. They haven’t reported no problems. I’d say you’d be fine unless you go launching it at every lights.
@@simonblades afaik, the box is only rated to 700nm (750 on later models) on both the 30d and 35d but its rare to cause issues even at 900nm +. Never heard of the xdrive going

I have a 2018 F36 430d, with a stage 1 remap. Is it worth putting one of your intercoolers on, if not for the performance but for the health of the engine? If so does it need a new map afterwards?

I have a 530D M Sport F10 twin power turbo (2015) , it has a single turbo, what kit can I put to make it 550 D spec, that is three turbos

Wait this Intercooler is better then OEM? Its cheap I mean 370€ cheaper then OEM, I don't get it...Would like to put in on mine 730D (245hp) n57, with Turbo upgrade, how much HP with EGR and DPF off can I expect? Thank you...

@@gummikazy Don't live in UK. In Norway it's every other year but a lot stricter.
Careful tuning would help. A lot of our high power customer cars produce little to no smoke/soot

Quicker shifts. Revised shift points
I had the Darkside stage 3 gearbox tune on my N57 330d, massive difference. Plus the hard cut limiter is fun 😂

How much bhp can handle N57(190kw) crankshaft cause they have problems on stock power?
There is no definitive power figures for failure. Although it is mentioned on forums etc you will only read cases where this has happened and not the thousands of cars that have not had an issue.

Big, heavy comfy car, they carry their speed well. I got same shape 5 series, but with 700bhp and it isnt at all scary to floor it, even if its spinning.

100-200 time?
We didn't manage to get any due to time and weather. However, a 430d we've done with pretty much the same spec did 8.3 100-200 so
