During the 2024 Breaking Barriers Integrated Care Symposium, we welcomed interagency partners from across California to connect with likeminded people, who aim to shape an ecosystem that comprehensively serves California youth & families. Experts from across the child serving ecosystem convened to share knowledge and learn from colleagues, experts and youth. Day 1 of the Symposium was entirely built and led by youth champions, in partnership with PRO Youth & Families and The Social Changery.
Together we continue to break barriers and build bridges to achieve our vision: All of California’s children receive the services and supports necessary for them to succeed in school and society, nurtured by healthy families and strong communities.
