30 seconds in, and it's already giving terrible advice. No, precise is NOT like Credne's reforges. They're like fine reforges. The special thing about Credne's is that they CAN modify the number of lines. That's what made Credne's different from fines. Precise do NOT alter the number of lines.
Ok, upon further inspection, the tool says "Supported functions: Grants attributes" not "Increase the number of attributes". Do you have a video to link with not terrible "advice"? I can put a card linking to it at that timecode.
Just wanted to drop in and say how much I appreciate these guides. I've been diving into mabi recently and am really enjoying it, these guides have been a tremendous help!

Absolutely! I've been pushing for the Mysterious Reforge Tool release in NA, and this is far better than that. Of course, you could ask for more, but this is a major step forward!
@@Fierlyt I'd disagree and would prefer if they also gave us the Mysterious Tools. Since we should've had them over a decade ago.
It requires SIGNIFICANTLY less effort to acquire your 3 mysterious tools per day than ANY of the other sources for new reforging tools and you still get 21 a week. 1 decent trade run will give you enough ducats for all three in about ~10 minutes (assuming you're capped for trading stuff, obviously a completely new player won't be able to immediate get them that easily but could earn them pretty efficiently once they've unlocked the wagon or elephant).
yeah they're capped at a maximum of 80% effect...but so what, people usually end up settling for less than max rank anyway due to not wanting to risk re-rolling their perfect 3 stats just for another 4 points they probably won't get.
And would give people yet another economy, casual option, for reforging their gear to NEAR max level. While the more sweaty players can grind out their inferior fine tools for a significantly higher time investment the chance of rolling slightly better effects than the much easier to acquire mysterious tools.
Or the really sweaty could do both.
And they're still both trash compared to the paid versions which remove most of the effects no one wanted on their gear anyway in the roll pool, ensures minimum rolls, and a bunch of other benefits.
