A nice new one would certainly run $100k. So why can't such fine aircraft have 100% UV protection in the canopy glass? Automotive makes amazing windshields for about $400. What gives?

David Pierce - an A&P must work on it and an annual letter listing all the Air shows I plan to attend. Can’t rent it out. No primary Flight training without a letter of deviation authority.
