Excellent video. One note, I employ a different technique to get in and out of the cockpit.
CAUTION: As demonstrated, there is a high probability that switches are kicked and damaged as the left leg is swung over into the pedal well.
Here's how I recommend entering the aircraft:
    1. Step into the right pedal well with your right foot.
    2. Stand so that your belly button is over the glare shield, supporting your weight on the top of the glareshield with your arms.
    3. Swing your left leg back over the cockpit rim, and into the left wheel well.
    4. With both feet in each well, lower yourself backwards.
NOTE: smudged seats can be cleaned up with less effort than damaged switches!
This assures that none of the cockpit switches are damaged during entry.
    Exit is the reverse:
    1. Pull your self up using the glare shield handle.
    2. Standing on both feet in each well, belly button over the glareshield, resting your weight on the glareshield with your arms, swing your left leg back over the cockpit rim onto the wing step.
    3. With your left foot secure on the wing step area, pull your right foot aft and over the cockpit rim.
There you go! The intent of this alternate procedure is to avoid kicking the panel during entry and exit.
    Safe skies!

Can it land on grass with that trailing link?

    • @sharkairplane
      @sharkairplane  3 місяці тому +3

Yes, absolutely. Most smaller European airfields have grass runways.

SH175 on order, delivery in April 2025! The shark is the most comfortable aircraft I’ve ever sat in. 3000+ hours, 15 different aircraft. Added a GNS navigator to mine for full IFR capability. Amazing value for the money, amazing performance. Buy one.

      @@jimmygaddThank you. A #masterpiecetofly really.
In the nearest future we don’t plan certifying the aircraft for aerobatics. In some countries though the authority has approved Shark for aerobatics in an experimental version.
