Between Two Worlds | Interview with nendo Founder, Oki Sato

Oki Sato, founder of nendo, explains how the Japanese design studio borrowed M. C. Escher’s artistic tool set to create an otherworldly spatial installation inside Escher X nendo | Between Two Worlds. nendo created their installation designs according to a set of rules inspired by Escher’s own mathematical approach and a house motif was adopted to guide visitors throughout the gallery spaces.
