I own both. Both are amazing mice, but my preference is the Aerox 3 wireless even though it is a few grams heavier. I prefer the coating, shape, and switches on the Aerox 3. GPX Superlight has the Aerox 3 beat weight wise, but that's it. My advice is try both if you can before you buy as each fit different needs. Keep in mind the Aerox 3 wireless can be found cheaper now, I got mine for $60 refurbished. I spent a small fortune on the GPX Superlight as I opted to get the switches replaced with Kalih 8.0's over the stock Omrons.
I've got the Aerox 3 wireless in white. The updated 2022 version is great. I have huge respect of them for redeeming themselves by fixing the nasty issues the older model had... I used a Roccat kone Air pro before (an other great mouse). But I feel this is the perfect fit for me. Even though the peasants use G pro superlights... I still destroy them! 🤷🏽♂️ Skills matter most! 😅 But you do need a good mouse and both of these mice are excellent choices for gamers. 👍
The G Pro X is it for me. I just trialled several mice and it's just amazing. I would never use a honeycomb style mouse - I'm not a grubby person but the rate at which keyboards, desks and mice get dirty and dusty is astounding. What I'd love to see is a lightweight G502 update in white. That's one of my all time favourite shapes.
@Rxmr how would you know? There are none haha and the viper ultimate in mercury looks amazing which is similar. Regardless I believe they will do a light weight update of the shape.
These are probably my 2 favorite mice. The shape of gpx and size of the side buttons on the gpx make it my #1, but if the aerox 3 had slightly thicker side buttons then it would probably win for me.
Lighter = better Simple as that. You will have a bit of overshoot for the first day or two, but once you get used to it you'll never want to go back to using a heavy mouse. I also feel like lighter mouse allow me to use lower sensitivities as my arms and wrists don't meet as much resustance. I originally had 42cm/360 sebsutivity with a 105g mouse, I eventually went down to 34cm/360 due to it being tiring and once I got a light mouse I could actually go back to my old sensitivity without it feeling exhausting.
Great video man. Just had a question, I use Logitech g502 hero. I have a big hand and I prefer anything that is not small and uncomfortable. Which one do you think I should go for? The steel series or Logitech? I really don’t mind about the weight.
Both mice look very nice, but I'm old school and prefer my mice to be wired. I have the SteelSeries Rival 3 v2 RGB Mouse, and absolutely LOVE it! Paired with the Apex 7, and finished off with the QcK Prism RGB XL Mousemat, my SteelSeries setup is very cool indeed! I just like my gear to be wired instead of wireless. Nothing against wireless....it's just simply not for me. I've got a good friend of mine who is into everything being wireless. He loves that kind of setup. But he understands that too is not for everyone.
@@TheProvokedPrawn I prefer wired mice. But that's just my taste in mice. Wireless is cool, but having to think about charging it, as with any wireless gadget, is not for me.
Honestly it's subjective. I love and own both of them, but ultimately I prefer the Aerox 3 as I like its shape, coating, and switches more. The GPX Superlight is amazing weight wise but I cannot stand its shape. I have large hands and it's not comfortable for me to use for long periods of time compared to the Aerox.
i play better with the aerox3 But the left side of the mouse isnt really safe, there's a curve inwards. I put lizard grips on there and it fixed the issue.
@@TheProvokedPrawn i have the g pro wifi but not superlight and i think steelseries is better cuz i have the rival 3 in my hand is better. So thats why i want someone to tell me the aerox 5 is it good cuz the gpro is to big and not comfort on hand
Steelseries please give us a Aerox Pro Wireless. I saw leaks about a Aerox 5 and Aerox 9 but if the Aerox 3 is comparable to one of the best gaming mice the g pro x superlight then it sure has a lot of good going for it. Aerox might even get as good if not better than what finalmouse produces. Edit: Aerox 5 and Aerox 9 released and they’re REALLY good so much better improvements and really show the potential this mouse has.
@@TheProvokedPrawn no way, saving yourself 40 pounds is shit loads of money if you choose aerox 3, which is inferior than pro x but you're not losing that much spec wise.
@@TheProvokedPrawn is it like comparing gold and silver bars? gold has more value but silver isn't bad either, that's how i understand this comparison video with my analogy if i got it right xD Like it should be viper ultimate vs superlight because of similarities but i think i understand everything now

Is your aerox 2022 Ver? And is it reliable? Heard some users have problem using just 6 months

@Rxmr yes.
@Rxmr what part
@Rxmr what why? G502 is already wireless? It’s just too heavy and most of Logitech’s peripherals come in white now?
