It's a LOVELY, lacy garment that can be customized in a number of ways, so you can truly make it your own! Collette is an Intermediate to Advanced level crochet pattern, and it is shown here in our Limited Edition Signature Fingering yarn, which is a soft and breathable blend of 30% Linen, 30% Mulberry Silk, and 40% Baby Alpaca. The linen fiber in each colorway is dyed in our signature aqua blue color, which ties all of the shades together, while the other fibers are dyed in complementary colors. 448 yd/410 m per skein.

I've never crocheted any sweaters before. However, I did make granny square vests back in the 70s when I was in junior high. In recent years I've been making shawls - mostly knit, but some crocheted like the virus shawl. I would make the sleeveless version of this sweater. It's the perfect topper for a sundress. And, it would be the right amount of warmth traveling into the summertime Arctic Tundra we call "grocery stores" 🥶

I have never crocheted a cardigan but my first project was a vest. My grandmother taught me to crochet. I made it about 4 sizes too big. I decided to either pull it out and start again or just give up all together. I'm here today because I pulled it out and started over. I had so much yarn that I made a vest for my 9 month old daughter to match. I also fell in love with crotchet. I've made several pieces since then including a lined bathing suit and a camisole top. I love it!!

I have crocheted exactly 1 cardigan, for my sister! I used some yarn I had for dyeing. I crocheted the cardigan and then dyed it a shade of pink she absolutely loved. I crocheted a cardigan in one week last summer. The dress I had picked for a wedding needed a cardigan but I couldn’t find one that went with it well, so I ran and grabbed some cheaper cotton yarn from Hobby Lobby to was the perfect color and whipped up a basic cardigan. It worked perfectly and I’m still wearing it this summer.
