I appreciate the acronym you gave us to remember the rotator cuff muscles. No wonder why conditioning for swimmers on dry land is so important in order to achieve stability while performing in large ranges of motion during each stroke in the water.

Dr. Goodin explains the muscles very thoroughly and provides quality examples of the movements. I like that he left the moment of his kid walking into the room in the video and didn't edit it out!

Dr. Goodin gives a very clear explanation of all the actions of the muscles and most importantly shows why each of the muscles can do their specific actions. This how and why really helps keep the information stuck in my brain.

That made you human to me! lol. its been a struggle being a mom in school, so i appreciated how you interacted with him and then got soft at the end and said "I love you" as he was walking out. thank you for leaving that in the video. it was needed for me!

I really enjoyed going through all these muscles that help the shoulder move! I really want my 'specialty' when I become a PT to be shoulders, so I think it is super important to understand all the muscles that help the shoulder girdle move properly. It is important to know all aspects of the shoulder to diagnose and rehab but knowing the supporting muscles and how to strengthen them are the biggest part of rehab.
