If you who liked the walking bass in the middle, there’s an in-depth lesson on walking bass for blues and jazz at oneguitarcourse.com. Also lessons on solo guitar arrangements including this one! Tab and guitar pro is free in the description!
I just went through some loss, my grandfather, I'm going through some hard times. This makes me feel at ease right now though, thank you so much doctor. My grandpa and I didn't share much music in common, he wasn't that big into music outside classical and such, but he liked some other older stuff too and he liked this song as well as me.
this is so amazing. Thank you. Fly me to the Moon is one of my favorite songs, definitely my favourite Sinatra song
I’m sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my grandfather last year. Me and him were also close, and i know it’s a hard thing to go through. I’m honored to have brought you a little temporary joy. Def download the tab and learn it! It’s not too hard and sounds good even at slow tempos.
stay up dude \m/
@@mark6302 thanks man, your comment means a lot.
@@andrefludd thank you so much Dr. Fludd. I really appreciate it. I tried a bit of it last night, I'll play some more today. I know he'll be smiling at me playing that.
I used to butcher this in an old group. We never played it the same way twice - and never correctly once.
Just as I start learning jazz standards, my favourite guitar youtuber comes out with this :))
All the arrangements I do have tab. Feel free to check out the playlist :).
I LOVE the finish and grain on this thing 😮
warm as hell
beautiful arrangement and playing. Always fun to listen to you play.
Thanks, Chris!
That bass line is incredibly well done, Andre. Thank you.
Glad you like it!
Beautiful ❤
Thank you! 😊
clean!!!
Thank you
Thank you. I just found you today. I love how you seem to be genuinely humble. A good grasp on your accomplishments and abilities without being obnoxious. Keep it up
I love these. Keep them coming.
That was clean man, sounded beautiful.
Thank you!
Damn. This was incredible shit, man! No other way to put it! The chord and bassline was kinda swagnificent!
Thank you!
I usually get super annoyed when people demo a guitar... Because of the screaming solos and heavy riffage... I didn't feel I needed to skip or turn the sound down. Epic.👍
Thanks! I appreciate it.
Your playing is so tasteful!
Thank you!
l love your guitar/gear reviews. so informative and helpful. but, i also love your great playing. thanks this. what a treat !
My pleasure!
I'm digging this series.
I really enjoy these videos - thank you.
Thanks!
That was a real treat, class is in session!
Yeah man! 🔥
Beautiful playing! Very nice arrangement
Thanks for listening
That was awesome. Well done.
Thank you!
Beautiful playing and a beautiful instrument… would love to know more about this Aviator of yours 👀
Great arrangement! Really beautiful
Thanks!
What a marvelous tune to try on an Ever Tune!
Im in to shred guitar. John 5. Brandon Ellis. Jeff Loomis. Jason Becker. Old Malmsteen... Cant stand jazz.
But that was amazing. And i could never play that. So so smooth, such perfect transitions, looks incredibly difficult to do, especially that well!
There's a lot of different types of jazz! I can't stand the easy-listening stuff, and I'm not a big fan of crooners, but I LOVE Herbie Hancock! Headhunters was a game-changer for me as a metalhead.
Thank you! But I will also say you can also do it. Just takes a little time.
killin
🙌 Excellent
Thanks for listening
Clean
that was great. big man wins again. beautiful guitar too.
Glad you liked it!
Sounds great. Glad you’re gelling with the evertune. I absolutely love my 7 and want to get a 6 string with one. Like all bridges the evertune has a “sound”, but unlike the Floyd it’s a very mellow sound that works really well with jazz.
Yes, I also find the more consistent tuning stability desirable, even for just clean stuff,
Fantastic playing ! I really like the chord voicings in this arrangement
Lovely guitar tone too! Thank you so much for sharing the tabs with us Andre :) .
That guitar is ridiculously beautiful ! Are
Thank you very much!
That walking base line part from around 1:00-1:20 was so cool! I bought an Evertune Solar guitar about 6 months ago and I’ve broken several strings just trying to set it up so it’s sat in my closet for a while now lol. I’ve got to get that figured out lol. Great video Andre!
Thank you! Lucky for me, I only broke one string getting it set up haha.
you’re good as fuck
I appreciate that!
Andre ❤ that it's one of my favs song. Im a first timer here an YOU PLAY BEAUTIFULLY.OX
Thank you!
Whats the significance of evertune in this? Genuine question
I’ll explain in the next video.
he runs a gear channel, it’s marketing, he’s demoing some gear he’s spoken about.
his audience cares about the gear- he’s good at playing- boom- demo video.
he never does these and it helps get the point across ALOOOT when discussing the significance of certain pieces of gears
Do you have a video explaining your journey in playing guitar? I was also hoping to know what did you get a degree on, im interested in following a college path like yours
I don’t have a video on that, but my degrees are in music education w/ jazz guitar, and advanced degrees are in ethnomusicology. Some of my topics were Instrument history, south Asian music, globalization, and trans nationalism. feel free to shoot me an email. I’m always happy to talk to students
@@andrefludd thank you for the reply!
