EPIC Cheat Meal in Krakow | I discuss Auschwitz | Traveling with an Ileostomy | Part 4

We pick back up with us in Krakow day two, we spent the morning at Auschwitz however I didn't film there. I do talk about it at the end of the video.
In the first part we go to the old town of Krakow and I try to take on a this huge platter of traditional Polish food. Do you think I can do it?

There is a lot to add to the story of death camps and especially to what you said about the red army(a lot of terrible things).
But there is also a lot of stories about true heroism that has happened inside the camps. One of them is a story of Witold Pilecki who volunteered for a resistance operation that involved being arrested (and then luckily imprisoned in the Auschwitz, he could have been simply executed as well) in order to gather intelligence, he also arranged resistance in the camp than he escaped 2,5 years later to fight in the Warsaw uprising. It's worth to check his story as they plan to make a big movie about him.
Anyway, I'm glad you don't spread the phrase Polish dead camps like they like to do in Germany or Israel :)
I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in Poland but it has got so much more to offer than just a Warsaw and Krakow :)

i been in Aushwits in my High School, with my class :) , imagine me, polish person , who's family member is on the list of Victims (Polish people were also killed in there) ... and same time , were a German Trip.... similar age as we, and one of the germans been dressed in White Suit ... with a White Hat.. acting like a celebrity.... what an experience... he is still alive , didn't kill him... just though he is dumb... or.... his family's story were from other side..... .... we also not been acting well... we get stoned... there is a big piece of grass away from the buildings.... and while stoned... we came up with an idea... to act like Aushwitz prisoners... and we played a scene that one of us is dieing of starving... and we need 2 take him to the buildings.. to give water and food for him to survive... What a Shit idea was that:D.... delete this comment if inappropriate ... or whatever:D.....

I know that for you there is not much difference but... Germans not nazis. Exact naming is very important. People start to think that nazis flew from the moon and conquered innocent and poor Germans

cokurde thanks for the comment and your right. But I didn’t say Germans because technically a lot of Germans where killed by the Nazi Germans. All the German Jews and well anyone who they didn’t like.

9:21 It's worth metioning that red army first attacked Poland together with germans. So no, I'm not gratefull to them at all because they could have stopped it before it happened. Even when they were against nazis, they didn't want to help Warsaw with the uprising, while they were on the other side of Vistula river. Red army is responsible for at least half a milion of people that were killed, tortured or sent to Siberia. Not mentioning Katyń.
