All you have to do take the vacuum and place it on that floor. Roborock will figure out where it is. Since its on a separate floor, the map will be different so you would need to let the roborock map out that floor first, and then it can automatically figure out where its located on that map! Once the map is created, you just need to place the roborock in the basement and it will do the rest after you initiate the cleanup.
Matt this is without a doubt the best video on the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra that I have ever seen. I like so much that I have subscribed to your channel and gave it a like. My wife and I are well into our Eighties and have a 2 story house so we bought 2 of the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra. We both are straddled with disabilities such as back problems etc. My question is how can we use the upstairs one without turning on the one for the downstairs? Both are scanned with the same QR code. Your help would be immensely appreciated. Thanks again for the great video.
Thanks so much for your kind words and support This vacuum really does help out a ton! I think the only way to separate them without these vacuums interfering with each other is by using a separate QR Code for each one. There should be a distinct QR Code for every individual vacuum. I would take one vacuum and delete it from the app and reconnect it using its own QR code. I don’t think there’s another way around this. I only own one Roborock S8 Pro Ultra so I wouldn’t be able to test it for you. Try this out and let me know if it solves the problem! Best of luck and thanks again for liking and subscribing!!

Expensive 😂 , is worth the money?
Really expensive! I think it’s a bit too much. I would go with the previous model the s7max ultra which goes for 1100 on amazon.
