How to make custom DIY packaging box for your small business (leather wallet) (Free PDF pattern)

- If you have been wondering how you can make a beautiful DIY custom packaging for your handmade leather goods, then this video is for you. The video shows how I make custom nice-looking telescope box style package for my handmade wallets.

Materials you need includes:
• A printout of the package box top and bottom patterns
• A4 size paperboards of your choice. Preferably 250g/m weight
• A round tip modelling tool for grooving
• A stitch marker for flap perforation
• A heat foil stamp for logo stamping
• A metal ruler
• A pencil
Directions
Step 1:
Mark out the package box patterns on the paperboards.
Step 2:
Cut out the pattern on the paperboards.
Step 3:
Use the metal ruler and the round tip modelling tool to mark grooves on the lines for easy folding.
Step 4:
Use the stitch marker to perforate the side and end flaps to increase their foldability.
Step 5:
Use the heat foil to stamp your logo on the center of the top part of the package box.
Last step:
Fold the top and bottom part of the package box according to the groove lines.
Now, you have a nice-looking package box for your products.

For all of us who doesn't have a fancy stamping machine: put foil on cardboard, then a negative of a logo you cut out with a scalpel on paper, then another sheet of paper on it. Heat and press it with a electric iron.

If you hit markup then the little dropper to match the white background, you’re able to basically erase all the numbers and arrows. After saving it I’m files after that you just have to print it! I wish I could share but it eliminates the first like 5 steps. Thank you so much for the pattern and instructions. Huge help!
Also make sure you use the ruler to protect the lines you want to keep
