@leestuart38 So CRAZY to see this compared to now. YOU my fav youtuber, biker, print, multitasking dude need to UPDATE THIS VIDEO WITH YOUR NEW TOYS and to give ya a challenge show us how to make some water activated tape :) Please and Thank You! WAIT!!! 9:58 Did you print your own tape!!!?
You recognize a good a channel when you're watching catching and instructive videos especially when made by a cool person. Thanks Stuart. You're amazing !
Paul Mitchell used to print his own logo on his shampoo that he sold to the hair dressers. One time he was shocked to find it in supermarkets so he says. The supermarkets were buying from the hairdressers.
My guy right here has to have the best channel ever bro, I've learnt so much from my own heat press shop to my own screen printing section.. lee i owe u man..u are brilliant ❤❤🇹🇹 love from trinidad
Hell yeah. Some good stuff. Nothing better than seeing a custom box by your door when you order from a company, other than possibly a signed thank you note...or maybe some stickers 👌🏼
Lee: Killin' the Game at Rogue Lab! You're makin' your own screens, screen printing your own clothing, screen printing the packaging etc! Unbelievable! A TON of Work!
Bro, I’m starting my little silk/dtf company here in Brazil and all I can say is thanks for the content, it’s helping me a lot to build confidence and deliver a high quality product
if you never screen printed in your life lee stuart is the most informative and motivational guy on youtube doin this!!! thanks bro i finally uploaded my first video thanks to you man much respect lee!!!!
Awesome video man! Love the mix of angles, sit down explanations and press work. I learned from you about branding boxes, the old video and been doing them with waterbase and just let them dry on their own. Takes a bit of space, but they are touch dry in 10-15 min and able to stock them without issue after about 30min. Love your work dude and can't forget, i say it everyday i wake up at 4am Stay safe 🤟🏼
God Dammit! How do you read my mind? I was literally just on reddit asking how we can accomplish this without a dryer. I have an old single color press that I was gunna use to help a friend make some boxes. Keep up the great work man.
Seriously love these vids, I always feel like I learn something about something whether it is screen printing or about growing a brand... Keep up all the awesome work Lee
not a bad branding idea...got me thinking. questions: 1 - where are you getting bulk boxes please? 2 - is it maybe a waste of time and effort to deliver in boxes you spend time and money on to people who already know you exist? thanks in adv for any answers!
1. set up commercial account with USPS or ups or what ever you going to use. 2.never waste of time you trying to look professional... easiest option when you starting out is just to get yourself a CUSTOM SHIPPING TAPE ... with your logo or shit on it ...
Awesome vid. Just discovered you. Subscribed. And yes, Canva sucks at least 50% of the time if you print stuff. Wrong size sent (sends 4x6, wants 36x48) wrong format (RGB), low res often, etc.
I have my own screen printing company in NJ and I've been watching you since you started your channel. I just have to say, you are incredible! Your attention to detail is truly admirable as it is not a common trait found in this industry. Please keep up the great work I'm rooting for you!
Great video!!! I am spending so much money on custom boxes and get so intimidated by all the different types of printing!! You break it down really easy! And agreed on Canva!!! Idk how anyone lives without Adobe products.
As an upcoming entrepreneur w/ a fresh new brand ( @Khanvct ) I appreciate this so much! Been following for years love how the channel has transitioned. Keep killing it! ✊🏽
Great work as always, truly inspiring for fellow entrepreneurs...my question was, what machine did you use for the packaging tape, I think that was just as unique as the actual box printing as well
Hey Lee, I saw on I think your last video with the hats and patches. I work in a t shirt and embroidery shop. And with our patches we get this twill and we screen print them on to it. Depending on size we got put around 48 per sheet. Only thing is, is you need a laser to cut them but that’s how we do it and it works really good. I could take a video on it sometime and send it to you on Instagram to see how we do it. Very simple and easy
A lot of places do this and then use a marrow machine to finish them off. The only problem is if they're printed with plastisol, they can't be heat pressed afterwards without the ink getting smashed. You can get away with waterbased ink though
This was really helpful , thanks for taking the time to show us how. Everything I do is custom work and Ive always hated the 1st thing they see is a boring ass box... haha time to step it up :)
@@leestuart38 For real dude, I was checking out more of your videos and their very helpful. You did a great job on getting the subject and how to handle completing the "task". Lee, I have built an outdoor drive thru food vending machine. I am looking to prep fresh food and serve this food from my store. It is direct to consumer from the drive thru. Can you recommend to me the best way for me to buy plastic to go food containers with sleeves?
This is such a great video is a great idea to brand your own boxes on our channel marketing food online we actually teach food entrepreneurs how to create and expand their own food brands and customised boxes with one of them that we've talked about this is awesome
I know it has been a thick minute scence this video was uploaded, but would you happen to have a recomendation for an automatic printer for box designs a bit more basic?
That's very nice boss. i salute your hard work. but i get question to ask i normally use rubber ink to print but it dries faster so always i have to do alot of screens to finish up my work. please is there a way out. the type of ink i should use for that. mine you cant even rest the moment u rest the screen will spoil. please any help Am from Ghana
Bro that fucking awesome you stunt. Few years ago I stunned an f4easy. I got tired of crashing and fixing my bike so I decided to start printing shirts

Nicely done - that design is excellent. I keep saying I'm going to make some boxes but I never pull the trigger. I think this time I will. BTW - I bought a CO2 Laser engraver... your video on leather hat patches pushed me off the fence.

Thanks for the video it's a pro.. but how you can avoid bleeding ink as most of the time happened with me
That means you're using too low of a mesh count, too much pressure, or an improper squeegee angle
