I am a sixty-seven-year-old man having the problem of Hernia. Though it is inguinal and projected much it creates not many problems for me. I am normal in other ways. Can you suggest to me which asanas and pranayamas are best for me, especially for an effective reduction of this problem?

All the hip opening and lower back poses will be helpful. You might find this video helpful ua-cam.com/video/qQMU2S6Khf0/v-deo.html

Here is a video for Thyroid ua-cam.com/video/krzv28L2J2E/v-deo.html For diabetes taking care of the diet, lifestyle and workout all play major role. Surya namaskar, ardhmatsyendrasana, pascimottanasana are helpful. Kapalbati pranayama is also very good. Along with this I would suggest to consult a nutritionist for diabetes. I have a partner who I work with, she has reversed diabetes for many people. Let me know if you are interested.
