But watching hours of dumb shows on TV is fine. Two days ago she was playing her first FPS and thought something was wrong with her gun because it didn't shoot fast. It was a shotgun. It was weird teaching a 22 year old what a shotgun is. Before that she had played Minecraft, Stronghold Crusader, The Sims, FFVII (original). It's a slow process.
I mean, what's so difficult to understand? You've been playing for decades, obviously your gonna have a better skill set than most people. It's like somebody has been drawing since childhood, and then goes "lol my partner is so bad haha". Like sure yeah I went to an art school for 11 years, but you don't see me making fun of my partner when we draw together.

I never studied gaming or anything I was better than most my friends never wanted to play me in tecmo super bowl or anything. They knew all the buttons and plays like me I just had better hand eye coordination. Which is why I'm confused on how someone who's practiced and learned something can't be close to another's skill level. Like donkey is freaking nuts at shooters and most games guess it's just a natural ability you're born with and some things just can't be taught.
