@@akashdatta5149 Yes white sugar and white salt . Those who overthink or plans too much for future, need more carbohydrates (best is to take white sugar dissolved into water ) to cool down their liver whereas those who are depressive and keep thinking of the past , need salty and spicy food so as to provide balance to our body ( white salt dissolved in water also helps) . This is why ORS is given when one suffers from disease related to stomach . Sugar and salt provide balance to human body . If one quit these two , invites different diseases in one's life . So , one has to understand what one's body requires ? And hence one should eat according to one's body want and not what one want.

    2. Before iodised salt was introduced in the market, people were doing just fine. Only few used suffer from goitre (perhaps because they had been picky eaters).
    3. Iodine is naturally available in garlic, wheatgrass, leafy greens, etc
    4. Iodised salt is considered by some, as one of the main reasons behind increasing cases of thyroidism.

First of salt is salt, NaCl sodium chloride. While some salts may have beneficial minerals in miniscule amount you would have to consume a lot of them to even get the benefits and consuming too much salt is not advisable, we anyway have a lot of salt , the rda of salt is 2.3 g per day usme in minerals se koi benefit nahi Milne wala. Instead use table salt for cooking and flaxy salt for finishing and that is because of taste factors and not health.
